I normally love the chicken but the service at this location has gotten extremely slow. After 10 minute’s in the drive through with only one car ahead we finally gave up on ever getting our order taken and went to get some of the Lord’s chicken instead. Not a one time fluke. The drive through has been like this the last 3 times I’ve gone.

Whoever is taking the drive thru orders NEEDS/SHOULD repeat it back so there’s no mix ups. I asked for mashed potatoes and green beans and they only gave me green beans. I also asked for spicy chicken and got regular. It’s a simple job that little kids should understand.

Their card machine is broke, cash only. Outside speaker broke. The lady taking orders is a hispanic lady and has a bad attitude/negative vibe. My cheese sticks were hard and not cooked all the way. Oh and they had no spicy tenders just regular. I am not AI. This place is managed terribly. Pull through the drive thru and see for yourself.

So I ate here and the chicken I ordered and the chicken tenders were cold. The mashed potatoes and gravy was not hot as it should be. The biscuit that came with the meal was smashed and soggy as it got wet somehow. And my order was handed to me and prepared by the manager. So I do not recommend this location. Save your money and go to another location.

This place is a complete mess. They went down hill, not sure if they’re under new management or what, but these past couple of times I’ve gone it has been trash. I’ve been holding out hope that it’ll get better that maybe it was a bad day, but nope I am let down everytime. I Won’t be back for a while. Their food is so greasy you can’t even eat it—and I get it’s fast food but i have never seen it this greasy, that is what always made them good, they had great quality food. Especially their fish i always raved that it isn’t greasy and now I can’t even eat it. I can’t believe im actually saying their grease is WORSE than long John silvers.
