Ordered on line 1st time. Had someone pick it up for me. Didn’t get bag of chips and no avocado on sandwich. (Charged for both) called , and was told customer was supposed to pick up his own chips-he didn’t know what I ordered, AND they ran out of avocado in the morning! NOT HAPPY.

If you see a white haired server here, run away!! The worst restaurant server I’ve ever seen! She was very unpleasant and couldn’t give us a 6″ club, or two ham and cheese sandwiches!! Just shook her head “no” and skipped us to serve the next guy!! We stood in line for at least a half hour also!!

Went in for a quick bite to eat with our two daughter’s. An older gentleman in front of us wasn’t happy because he waited until he got up to the register to order his 2nd sandwich. He was upset because he didn’t get his white bread & pointly was VERY rude to my daughter’s & myself, because they had ordered white bread sandwiches too. He acted like it was there fault. But to be downright rude to a 13 year old & an 9 year old was beyond unacceptable. My oldest was trying to be nice & apologize & ask him if he was OK. She was stiffed. I guess I’d raised my girl’s right & in this case they we’re not the one’s acting like children ( & it was the adult instead.) The staff did apologize to him asking him if he would like his other sandwich on Flatbread or wheat, which he declined. All of these actions we’re reported to the manager on duty promptly (We we’re still there). And to the lady that made our sandwiches tonight ( you stated you we’re an mother to 4 boys & 1 girl) an absolute saint. This other customer should be glad I didn’t raise an uproar. When it comes to my kid’s I’m Momma Bear first. Again thank you to the staff tonight for handling the incident discreetly, & making sure my girl’s & I we’re treated with the respect all humans deserve.

Place is pretty gross. Went ahead and scrubbed your toilet for you since it was pretty corroded with black crud everywhere. Make line also looked gross and like no pans had been flipped either.
