I came in at 9:00 p.m. and I ordered the biggest thing on the menu with my group of people. They did a great job delivered on time delicious to the last bite. Both general manager and our waiter Dylan checked on us multiple times. Drinks never ran to the bottom. Highly recommend!!

Service was good, very friendly staff though I wonder if they know what they are doing as they don’t have pitchers for water and the brussel sprouts where not made how I’m used to having them. The manager said they are that way cause they are fried…WRONG. I usually love there brussel sprouts there but not today. The restaurant isn’t very clean..could be better at the small things to make the experience better. I’ll give them a few more chances but I won’t be craving their brussel sprouts anytime soon.

I ordered the meat combo with potato salad and beans on line. When I got there I had to wait in line for 20 minutes before someone moved me to the To Go line and waited another 20 minutes. It was very disorganized. I felt bad for the girls at the counter and left them a $5.00 tip even though they couldn’t find my order and I had to wait 40 minutes for it. I drove all the way back across town to my hotel room. (I was so tired I didn’t even look at the receipt they handed me with my food…I just put it with my receipt that I paid with. I finally got to sit down and opened the box. I had what looked like old ribs, 10 french fries and a cup of beans and cornbread! I was so angry I called them…I got the whole we are sorry, we are busy, and a manager will call you ASAP…it’s been 10 days…I still haven’t heard back from them. I went to Parker John’s two nights later…had the best service and amazing food!

Great service!! Had the American Platter to share with 5 guys, we could not finish it. Would have been a five stars, but the chicken was really dry and not a single employee had a mask. Due to covid, no BBQ sauces on the table.

Staff is helpful but slow. We were seated quickly but waited 5-10 minutes for the waitress to come and take our drink order when the place had about 6 customers. We ordered an appetizer that took forever to arrive. When we finally ordered the food arrived faster than the appetizer. The ribs and rib tips were very tough, not tender at all. The burnt ends were very good and very tender. I can’t recommend the ribs, but the brisket is good.
