I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. I’m telling every one of you all!!! Please DONT GO! The customer service is subpar, with staff exhibiting rude and disrespectful behavior. No wonder the parking lot is empty. It is disappointing to note that the experience fell short of expectations, particularly when seeking a nostalgic KFC experience. Go somewhere else! Not KFC Hanover!

I placed an order tonight and when I got home I found a ticket of some kind in my famous bowl. I contacted the store and they offered to make another one for me. I stated I lost my appetite from it and asked for refund instead. They said they can do that but it would have to in person. So I drove 15 minutes back to the location where they then only offered to refund the famous bowl and nothing else. I also was not given a receipt showing any of this. I was only shown it but told I cant have a copy and that they have to keep it. Wont be going back again is an understatement.

This is the best KFC Branch that I’ve ever been to. The staff were so nice especially the Latina cashier, her smile makes you feel comfortable. The food was warm unlike the other branches, it’s cold and not crispy. Excellent job, KFC Hanover!

PATHETIC. Got the meal for $35 total, got home and it’s total embarrassment for Col. Sanders. Sharing the pic of the “sides”: 2 half-full containers of mashed, a teeny container 1/2 full of gravy for those potatoes, cole slaw a little over half-full. I can tell you no more of our hard-earned cash will be spent there again. This is the SECOND time they have been “a bit lacking” in the food they charge you that kind of money for. Weis Markets had chicken that is just as good, for a price that is actually worth what you get – I wouldn’t even give KFC ONE star if i didn’t have to, but there is no NEGATIVE star…

This KFC constantly leaves out parts of your orders, and the food is either over cooked and super dry/rock solid, or raw and pink. I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt, because every few trips everything will be just as you ordered, but a majority of the time, it’s how I previously described.

This has got to be one of the worst operating KFCs in the area. The staff will tell you they can only offer certain pieces of chicken during dinner hours or that the fryers are down. The food will be cold sometimes and not fresh, after the last third time I decided not to come back to this one. Go to the one in Gettysburg, PA, that franchise is much better ran with food and service.
