I’m a little disappointed tonight. My daughter ordered an extra most bestest pizza tonight expecting to have her extra pepperoni that she paid for. Got to the car and the only reason I didn’t take it back in was because my kids already took their slices. I took a Picture and went back in the store to speak to the young man that served us. I explained to him I understand that we’re only paying $6 but its the principle. I asked him if this pizza that he gave us looks like what they advertised and his response is that the extra pepperoni is layered under the cheese. Ive never known for them to layer pepperoni then a layer of cheese then another layer of pepperoni so thats three layers, isnt it just extra pepperoni added all over the top layer? I didn’t appreciate him basically calling me a fool because technically thats what he’s saying and then he walks off to the back without saying anything and I asked another customer to look at the picture to see if this looks like an extra most bestest and the customer confirms that it doesn’t. So here I am writing my review, I approached him nicely and spoke to him kindly to see what could be done but since he had me waiting for a bit before coming back to the front I’m leaving my review. I’m big on customer service as I have many years in Managing restaurants. Since we moved to this area 6mths ago this has been our lil ceasars but I will no longer be ordering here anymore as the value for the money and service is not worth it.

The employees don’t show respect for customers, they don’t follow the principle first come first served. They are very rude with customers. After placing the order at 6:52 PM, we got it 30 minutes later after asking to get our money back because people that come later got theirs before us.

Juan is very disgusting. I told him I didn’t want a stale looking pizza, I turned my back and he printed a new order ticket and paste it on the same old pizza that no body wanted. Can’t be trusted with people’s food !!!!!

I will never go back to this location. I placed an order and the wait was 15 minutes, but unfortunately, I had to use the bathroom badly. It was employees only, but the fact that I ordered there and I had to go real bad, the manager just looked at me and said no. That’s not customer service at all. I’ll stick to Domino’s Pizza.

My visit was not good. I asked to use the bathroom and got locked in. An employee opened the door without knocking, told me to get out, and started cursing at me while slamming doors. She didn’t even give me my pizza; she just dug her nose and wiped it on the pizza box.

I ordered a well done, stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with onions added on. The crust was not well done, it was very pale and soft, and the pepperoni pizza had NO pepperoni only onions. I also ordered crazy bread, which is supposed to be eight pieces but only contained 5. I’m just a little put off as when I pay someone for a service or order something I expect what I pay for. Why give options for instructions on how you want something done if it gets ignored?
