This place is legendary! Been here forever and never disappoints. Great food! Great service!! Bartenders are the absolute best you will find!!! Also the live music here is amazing. Room sounds unbelievable! My band Wut Wuz plays here a few times a year and the reception we receive there is always the best!

Great looking bar. Place has its age but looks well kept. The is great. Hostess very friendly. They great you and say goodbye. The waitress we had for brunch is hilarious. She was very nice and friendly. Sunday brunch is amazing. The omelette guy really knows his omelette. He folds in the ingredients which is the correct way to make an omelette. We came here few times and service and food is very consistent. The regular menu is good too. Burgers are best in stew and priced well.

Food, service, and atmosphere was great. Went on a Wednesday night and they have a FREE Poker League open to all, playing two Texas Hold’em Tournaments each Wednesday night. First game starts at 8pm and second game starts at 10pm you can play just one game or both, what fun.

Super interesting old restaurant. Its architecture and European interior design, with its rich woodwork and wrought iron railings, somewhat puts me to mind of a medieval castle. The place is multi leveled, multi roomed, and deceptively large. AND, best of all, they serve very good food and grog. The lobster bisque soup is spot on as are their sandwiches and salads. Service by our waitress, Laurie, was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great table and a memorable lunch. We’ll be back.

THE WORST. Their so called boneless wings were reconstituted chicken nuggets deep fried. I’ve never seen a round chicken wing the size of a quarter. Simply awful. The meat in the corned beef sandwich was gray on the edges having obviously been frozen many times over and was tasteless. The tap beer was cool not cold. Go someplace else.

Also went to dinner. As we walked in, we saw people eating some cheesy fried stuff and asked what it was…. Crazy fries. We tried Philly cheese fries and it was great. Also ordered chicken fajita and that was great as well. Pretty filling.

We held our wedding rehearsal dinner at the Cornerstone a few weeks ago, and it was awesome. The back room for events is super cute and allowed us to have everyone in an intimate spot with great food to fulfill our needs. It was hard to select the food because everything on the menu sounded great, but we went with the Penne Pomodoro, the Chicken Rustica, and the Beef Medallions with Mushroom Sauce over Buttered Noodles. It was all great, and the staff really kept the buffet stocked throughout the duration of our event.
Booking and planning the event were a little different from the rest of our wedding planning process in that Frank, the manager, is a great guy and super helpful when you can get a hold of him. Unfortunately, the Cornerstone is a really busy place, which means we needed to reach out multiple times before Frank would respond. Besides that, everything went off without a hitch, and we’d definitely recommend hosting small events at the Cornerstone!

I live in Hillsdale and can walk to Cornerstone. I haven’t been there in over five years. Before that was probably another five. I’ve watched that location change names and owners I think four times in my life. The duo “What she sang” was playing and My husband asked me for a date so we went we really didn’t expect much in the way of food. Not only were we surprised but abundantly surprised on just how good everything (almost) was! We both had Strip dishes. I had the special. I also had the special appetizer buffalo chicken eggrolls, which I took three home and I’ll have for breakfast this morning. Our server was excellent! As the rest of the staff was very conscientious! I mean if a bus or walk by they would ask if they could take any dishes from us. I like that. The only reason I didn’t add five stars to the food is because My husband got the lava cake for dessert and whoever tossed it in the microwave, put it in their way too long. It tasted burnt and was hard on the bottom. Aside from that. It was really good and we would go back.. ESPECIALLY IF BETHANY sings again! They were great!
