Me and my son were in way home to Florence and stopped in at almost 11 on a Sat night Jan 9th and the staff was very nice. The food was very fresh and the burrito had plenty of sausage. I have never had such good experience than that with breakfast at that time. I saved my receipt to brag on them

Im setting in the car debating on leaving. I also work in the food industry as an assistant manager and if I ever where to hear my headset person talk to a customer, and sbout a customer the way i was just done i’d fire them on the spot. This location has really gone down on customer service.

Just left after 30 MINUTES for waiting for an online order. COULDNT WAIT ANY LONGER AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. i left bc i have a job! wow seems like no one works here. had someone taking one order at a time and the only person bring out orders, 5 mins apart like yall literally makimg the orders one at a time. i had a bacon chicken wrap and a SMALL FRY. why would it take 30 mins? and they won’t answer the phone so i can get a refund. y’all always been quicker than the one on pearson but recently y’all can go to hell.

Ordered a Route 44 Ice Coffee through online app. Arrived to the store to pick up order. Was brought out a Large Ice Coffee. So I hit the the buzzer and told I had Ordered a Route 44 Ice Coffee. Was told we’re out of Route 44 cups. So I was still charged a Route 44 price that’s not right. They could of at least put the rest of my coffee I paid for in a smaller cup to make up for what I paid for. That’s not right. Will not be back at that location.
