If the the managers are in from the local area the service is great. Food is great. If they are not, absolutely horrible. 10:26 right now 4 people in the building and the doors are locked again. They dont like having to clean up or deal with people in the lobby. Service in the drive thru is slow and rude. I really wish they would get people that were consistent on anything in here. Another meridian location to avoid unless higher ups are around or in town.

started out we tried to park in front but there were no lines for parking so then we parked on the side when we walked inside half of the staff was on break there was a line of four cars the three people that was on break stayed on break the first 30 minutes we were sitting there we ordered our food for inside and was brought to us in a bag cuz they forgot that quick that we ordered inside went into cancer bringing out food they had to take our receipt because of monitors were not working the staff was in the waiting room talking about how the manager doesn’t know who he’s doing he doesn’t want to learn I took a picture of a fish sandwich and it had to choose the worst buns to give us or maybe audubon’s look like that it didn’t look like the picture whatever for 35 minutes and almost everybody ended up in the lobby everyone was complaining about their checks by not getting paid what they were supposed to get paid overall this is not the place I will come back to again

I pull up to the restaurant and all of the employees are sitting outside smoking and talking. When I pull up they looking at me crazy like what the hell you doing here. I go to the drive through and waited about 10 minutes and the lady comes over the intercom and ask me to come back in 15 minutes because they are not set up yet. It’s already past time for opening I was really pissed because I had already been waiting for 10 minutes. I was so disgusted with this service, but the food is always good. I don’t think I even want to come here anymore. Because why is the whole crew outside at opening time and nothing is ready.

I don’t live here and I don’t usually go to this Popeyes very often because the floor is always nasty and greasey and the is never good. Food is cold and most importantly my chicken!!! Is never cooked throughly and the beans are rice is just rice with a teaspoon full of beans. And this is every single time with the beans. Why can’t they just do it right the first d*m time.

Went and asked for mild, white big box special for my daughter’s lunch. Later my daughter began to eat her meal, it was spicy. I looked for receipt, I was not given one. I called and provided info on the mistake. They asked me to bring chicken back. I am 30 miles away now. They say I could bring the chicken back or have a receipt. I provided info that I was not given a receipt. I could show where I paid for the chicken on my card. The chicken looked really good, crispy. I checked to see if it was white, but could not check if it was spicy or mild. Wished it could have been enjoyed. I will next time make sure I get a receipt. Disappointed with the inability to enjoy what was paid for. Two problems, wrong kind of chicken and no receipt. Hopefully, they will address those issues.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Rude, and constantly messes up orders. Won’t ever be back. Said an area manager would call me back and never did. Paid $44.10 didn’t get a classic sandwich, I got spicy and my husband couldn’t even eat it. I got a 12 pc mixed , it had 7 wings in the box. I also got a 3 pc that was supposed to have 2 breast, it had 1 breast and 2 wings. What a rip off. !!!!!

The staff at this Popeyes is so unprofessional and rude , I work near by and this Popeyes would be very convenient but the staff just wants to ignore customers while they have side conversations with a lobby full of people. Nothing never works, everything you try to order they never have. You can hear arguments over the speaker while taking orders , I really hope this place get a better staff because I’m missing out on my red beans.
