I eat at Don Alex frequently, and I’ve enjoyed my experience every time. The food is delicious, and the service (particularly from Jesus) is tremendous. Would recommend all of my friends to come here for good ceviche and chicken!

Every experience I have at this restaurant is always a great experience. Food is always delicious, punctual for pick up, and employees are ALWAYS positive with smiles on their faces despite working all the time. Jesus and Karelys are the employees I generally interact with at the Kenilworth location and are such a valuable asset, since it is so difficult to find positive hard working employees. Don Alex has become one of my “go to” places to eat……every week!!! Thanks for your overall product..delicious and dependable!! David D.

I love the food but I love the green sauce the most. I ordered maybe 3x this week the don Alex special on uber eats and I always write in the notes section to add extra green sauce since there is no option to add or buy it on uber but every time they have only given me 2 small 1 oz cups. I called the second time I ordered to make sure they add it and I told her if it’s extra I don’t mind paying and she said ok and added 2 more. If they gave a decent size amount ok but to give a tablespoon of sauce and not give me extra when I ask ?! I even offered to pay for it I wasn’t trying to get it for free. It’s just really annoying because I enjoy the sauce with the food and it’s one of the reasons I order.

The seafood soup is a great value and quite tasty. We had a cold mussel appetizer with a vegetable salad that was also yummy. Make sure you check your bill. I lowered my rating when the bill came with an added service charge not mentioned on the menus and the owner upped the price on the meal than was stated on the menu. Then gave us only the charge receipt so we wouldn’t know what was done. Of course the bill was obviously much higher than it should have been. Did he really think we wouldn’t catch it?

This place. I am speechless but not enough to not write this review. Not only do they have an amazing variety of music but the food is absolutely insane! (Personally I love #31) this food is just top notch. And the service? AWSOME! Very social and this place is an all round 5 star!

I love their chicken combo and soup. The seasoning and flavor all work together. Staff is family like and they know our orders and preferences. Wonderful art inside and surprisingly the parking although small, it’s doable. And finally! A place where the rug or furniture doesnt smell
