Our dinner at Friday’s Station was outstanding !!! Our server Stephanie did an amazing job taking care of us! She was super friendly and attentive. It was very enjoyable having her as our server. Elias our table assistant also did a very good job for us. The views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding snow covered mountains from our window table were awesome !!! The sunset was spectacular !!!

Friday’s Steak delivered a classic steakhouse experience with solid execution and comforting sides. The steak was cooked beautifully
juicy, flavorful, and done exactly as ordered. The prime rib in particular stood out, tender with great seasoning, and paired nicely with the rich au jus.
The sides were satisfying and well-prepared. The mashed potatoes were creamy and smooth, and the grilled green onions added a nice, simple balance to the plate. The fries were crispy and golden, served with classic sauces, and perfect for sharing. The escargot was rich and indulgent, bubbling in garlic butter and definitely a highlight for starters. Fresh bread with butter rounded everything out nicely.
Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a hearty, well-made steak dinner in Lake Tahoecomforting, classic, and enjoyable, especially if you’re craving a traditional steakhouse meal.

The Elk was really good, highly recommend it! To get the best out of the expensive check, you should visit in daylight and ask for a table with a view on the lake.

Matt gave our experience so much more than we expected. He was knowledgeable about the wine, which we appreciated! The whole staff was amazing, from the bartender Ron to the gentleman hostess. After driving down to Lake Tahoe this afternoon, I was craving seafood and saw this place on Yelp. I ordered the tomato salad, chilean Seabass and a side of mushrooms. The salad was served with barada cheese, figs, peaches, onions and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. The mushrooms were cooked in garlic with a hint of butter, both dishes were amazing.
However, the seabass was without question, the best of the three dishes. It was served on a bed of risotto with asparagus and shrimp in a light sauce. The Seabass was flavorful and cooked to absolute perfection. Unfortunately, the shrimp missed the mark. I found them bland, lacking seasoning and had no flavor.
The restaurant offers a beautiful scenery of the surrounding area, which, only enhanced my dining experience. My server did a great job. She was very attentive and had a wonderful attitude. I’ll definitely be back.

What an experience! We celebrated our anniversary dinner here, and everything was truly special. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and of course, the views were breathtaking. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or even just to treat yourself to a really nice meal.
