If I can give a zero I would!! I went here for a nibblerz meal mean dipped in tongue torch sauce some how that got missed which was cool cause what if it to re-dip it you would think. They all git sooo upset they remade it and these nasty people took a bite out my bread and before I knew it I parked my car and ran inside the manager and employees were laughing and she took the plate trying to remake it I said no give me a refund do you know they gave me the wrong refund!! Trying to rush me out the store a police report will be done ion play with bodily fluids

Employing knowledgeable and reasonable adults at this location would greatly improve the experience. The ONLY thing that I eat from this establishment is a garden house salad (no meat). Today, I received a salad with half of a cup of wilted lettuce and tomato and cucumber that literally equalled one slice each. For reference, you could fit the entire salad into 1/3 of the bowl. I asked if they could please add to or remake the salad considering what I received for $9. I was very nice in my ask. The “manager” admitted that a trainee made the salad and refused any accommodation. The only plus was that a refund was quickly issued at my request. Luckily, Huey Magoos is just across the street with fresher ingredients and much better service. Zaxby’s is not what it used to be and I will not be back.

Tonight we ordered from the drive thu and the teenage young lady was very rude around 5:40pm. I’m asking what all come on the new alas that’s like $10 something and she got smart and said to another employee they can’t read I guess she forgot her headphones wasn’t mute. So when she came back on the microphone she was rushing me to order. If these young people don’t want to really work they need to stay home. When I pulled up to get my salad this young with glasses called my order out to me and it was not what I order so he corrected my order. But I will not be eating from that zaxby again cause drive Thu customer service is bad

I would give them zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 salads and waited 20 minutes and eventually got a refund. They could care less about their customers. I will never return, horrible how apathetic people are about customer service.

Food looks mediocre at best. Ordered two meals, both were not hot and my grilled chicken sandwich came without any chicken. Management should seriously check their staff. Ordered around 6pm dec 26th.

We haven’t been to Zaxby’s for a while so we got two grilled chicken salads and the lettuce was very disappointing it was wet and not fresh and the chicken was dry so it was disappointing they do need a remodel their restaurants I probably won’t ever come back to this one but we will try another Zaxby’s to see if it’s any better. All the staff were very friendly and very polite and asked many times if they can get us anything else so that was pleasant

The fries with chicken bacon ranch fries were good! I give it a 9.5 out of 10 . I was hoping for a side of jalapeños as I feel it would have complimented the dish perfectly but they did not have any. I wish the cheese was melted down a bit more, but other than that for ME it was a decent amount of chicken. I actually ended up with more chicken than I did fries. With a little bit of mild sauce.

The food was fine tonight. I have eaten here several times and it’s usually good. They were out of salad and coleslaw tonight and the line was around the building. So occasional hiccups like this will hold a star hostage but it is just fast food. I’ll always come back, even if the boneless wings are just saucy popcorn chicken.

This location never gets my order correct. Ordered a Cobb salad and drove all the way home. Looked at my salad and no egg on the salad. I also ordered the kicking chicken sandwich and the sauce I requested was not on the chicken strips. I started not to like to eat at zaxby’s.

Just what you should expect with the fast food. Food was hot and fresh. Didn’t wait in line long and the food came quick!
