For the price the food could’ve been better. We only came to this place after reading so many positive reviews of the place. We got there early Sunday (10/5/25). We placed our order and they are seriously over priced for how bland the is. We will absolutely nit be returning. We had better food and service at a different Mexican restaurant (which we will be going back to). We ordered 2 bowls of menduo and one taco de birria. Bland bland bland as the day is long. Good food doesn’t require to be salted because it’s already seasoned not in this case. Worst food have eaten. I think we each maybe had 5 spoonfuls of menduo and then tossed the food all together. Money thrown down the trashcan.

a lot of places I go to only offer cow meat and not goat however this place does both, personally I think goat meat is the right way to do it and boy do they do it good! It was a gran provecho to eat here God bless this business

It’s was okay. I’m from Puebla Mexico and we have the real barbacoa state very close to us. I was expecting something like it but it was not. I married someone from Jalisco so I have tasted some real great birria and birria tacos. The consome for the barbacoa was good but I feel that it lacked something else. The food was warm enough but with the AC blasting the food fastly got cold. If you’ve had barbacoa in the past, you must know it needs to be hot, otherwise, it becomes “sebuda”.
Again, overall it was decent. I just think it needed a kick. More substance.

Ive been to this place several times and usually happy with the food. The ladies behind the counter are not cordial but this time they were actually nice. But…I’m so disappointed. I ordered 2 birrias de chivo en su caldo to go. After waiting a good while, the lady called out 2 birrias. A man got up quickly and took the bag. Turns out it was my birrias de chivo. One of the ladies ran out to retrieve them. They tried giving me that same bag but I asked for a fresh order. The man got far enough that it took a lady a while to retrieve the bag. I didn’t accept it. Food is such a delicate issue, I don’t know what the man did with the food. So, I waited and waited and then I just decided to ask for my money back. I left with no food because of a mistake the lady getting the orders ready made. I wasn’t in the mood to argue but she looked upset, not sure if at me, but she didn’t even apologize for the mistake. I will never go back.

Best Birria Tacos!!! Both Chivo or Beef tacos, dorados or soft, are absolutely delicious!! Paired with their consome, beans, rice and a tall Mexican coke!! Can’t go wrong! service is quick and staff very friendly! Highly recommend this spot!!
