My family has been ordering from Gino’s for years now. We would always spend over $50 minimum per order, and we’ve always tipped our delivery drivers. Some times the pizza was amazing. 10/10. No complaints. Lip smacking good with crispy fries, lemony chicken goodness. Other times their food was inedible (with no exaggeration– raw dough, grease puddles on pizza, soggy fries, burnt chicken and crust– and lets not forget one memerable time where there were metal bits like staples in my pizza). But their inconsistency and horrible customer service/lack of accountability has made it so my family will NEVER buy from them again. The delivery drivers were always kind and friendly– but whoever we spoke with over the phone and online… awful. We’ve only ever complained twice since we’ve been ordering from them (think once to twice a month for 3 years). The first time was when I spit out literal metal bits in my pizza. No apologies. No explanation of what it could be. We barely managed to get half off our next pizza… The second time we complained was over a year later after our last complaint. Our pizza was disgusting. It tasted like burnt chicken, butter, and raw dough. When we asked if anything could be done to rectify the problem, they said no. Okay. We threw out a $20+ pizza with a single slice missing. And we decided we will never be going back– because clearly Gino’s doesn’t appreciate loyal customers enough to fix their mistakes or even OWN UP to what they’ve done. Never once did my family receive an “I’m sorry that it doesn’t meet your expectations.”
Honestly feel free to order from this establishment. Food is a hit or miss depending on the day you order. But be prepared to be disappointed by customer service if you so much as dislike the food you paid for.

Small mom and pop place but the pizza is so good. The meat lovers was packed and very delicious. I only eat pizza from this place. The price isn’t bad either.

Coming back to Bristol after many many years … when historically West end only had two pizza places. …. Glad to see a NYC style pizza that’s respectfully priced.
The new go-to when in town!

I ordered here for my son’s birthday at the carousel museum. They open at 11 and were able to make and deliver eight pizzas by 1120 when they were promised by 11:30! They were very tasty and the entire transaction from confirming the order to delivery went without a hitch. The price was also excellent. All the guests said that the pizza was delicious as well. A big thank you to Gino’s!

Unfortunately not the Gino’s it use to be. The pizza was really bad, dough didn’t seem cooked, no flavor and too much cheese. So disappointing not even worth the money.

Gino’s is my new place! After several years as a die hard fan of a competitor’s, I now wish they had gone down hill quicker so I could find Gino’s sooner . The flavor is amazing, delivery like no other. From pizza to grinders to their french fries, it’s just pure love.
