Fast and cheap meals, a variety of ways to be served tots and chicken tenders amongst other combinations. Dipping sauces, sides, and an incredibly spicy menu, one heat challenge, even daring you to take it on.
A relaxing little environment, fast, tasty, and all for a fantastic price.

This place is hot! Brand new concept in downtown Dallas specializing in serving the best chicken tenders and bringing the heat too. We tried the vegan option care of Atlas Monroe, one of the toughest brands to get your hands on, and it was quite amazing. Perfectly crispy and tender at the same time.
They come in for levels of spiciness, OSHT: original, spicy, hot, and tap out. The hottest level sauce was co-designed by the same people that make the sauces for Hot Ones, so you know what they’re talking about. I was content with the regular spicy tenders, but I did watch a couple of people try the Tap Out challenge. They had to finish one of their tenders in five minutes without any help from water, milk, or whatever.
I’ll be back again for sure as this is the only place that serves Atlas Monroe in the area.

This is a great place to eat if Chicken is on your menu!! They have a simple: Chicken sandwiches are great, chicken tenders are fantastic, even the tator tarts are awesome! They have Original, Spicy, Hot and Tap-Out. I wouldn’t recommend the Tap-Out unless you’re ready for 3 Million Scoville’s to BURN your mouth and everything on the way out.
If you finish the Tap-Out Challenge you get the distinction of writing your name on the wall and your picture taken with the Tap-Out Championship Belt.
We didn’t try the salad (can’t imagine why it would be bad) and their drinks were also delicious.

Hellooo!!! Visiting from Miami Beach I just wanted to eat a nice sandwich and I found birdguesa on my path…
The girl at the register wasnt the most attentive but she always had that big smile on her face…
I had a regular fried chicken tender sandwich with pickles, tomatoes, and dressing (no lettuce in house).
It was just criminally fantastic at the point that I was about to order another one…
The restaurant has a lot of mexican rustling masks and paintings in the walls!!!

Reasonable priced restaurant in the Dallas Downtown area. The combo meal I ordered had a lot of chicken in it, but the best part is that it came with a couple of flour tortillas which I later found out is part of the combo. They mainly focus chicken hence the name Birdguesa.

Found this spot walking around downtown. How did i not find you sooner. My new favorite tender spot. The strips are so good and they do not hold back on the tots. They even add a little elote on the side. What a great touch. Pricing is very good for downtown. The whole look is awesome!

Don’t order out. Order in. If you order out you will get terribly small tenders. Nothing like going home opening a box and seeing 4 chicken nuggets that you just paid $10 for. Other than that, the place and food is good. If they can ever get you a decent portion that you paid for. I come here a lot because it’s close. And it taste good!

Fried chicken, tater tots, 2 tortillas, a container of corn salsa and a mini box of chiclets in the tender box. Easy to order at the counter and quick to receive and friendly employees! Cane sugar soda fountain and beer as well by the bottle. Definitely recommend!
