I had not ordered from or been into BK for 3 or 4 years. My last several orders prior the flame grill flavor was gone, the veggies, condiments were so little you could not taste them, the fries were bland this was not BK. I ordered again recently for delivery and the FOOD WAS FANTASTIC, all the flavor and more were back.

I had the most wonderful experience at Burger King thanks to the Assistant GM Jeremiah . He was absolutely the kindest and most professional person I’ve ever encountered at a fast-food restaurant. He took our order carefully, made sure everything was correct, and even checked if we needed anything else.
When we pulled up to the window, he greeted us warmly and asked how our night was going. He noticed my 9-year-old granddaughter with me and kindly offered her the chance to pick out a crown. He even gave her a toy, which made her night!
He was polite, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our visit a great one. People like him make all the difference—Burger King is lucky to have him!

This is my fiery chicken sandwich, as you can see it if neither fiery nor a sandwich. Also the line took forever for no reason since they didn’t even give us the right food?? And also the building smells like sewage it’s literally so gross wth

This is a joke.. is it my way or the way you want it for me.. when I asked for cheese on the bottom and I hear the lady saying at least 10 times or more and then I get home and the cheese is on top not on the bottom the way I wanted it but the way they think I should have it.. and now I have a unhappy parakeet and you try and feed a bird a bun with cheese allll suck to. And then I feed the dogs the rest of it .. it’s my back and hard work money and a animal lover that is paying you to get it right and my way is the way I want it.. I’m so over going there and getting it the wrong way.. I’d firer all but the sweet girl that took my order the way I wanted it.. bad business if you all are looking for a paycheck.. get it right or move along.. mad customer

Place is trash. Can’t even rate the food because you just sit in the drive thru and not able to order it. Came here bc my 4 year old wanted it after I told him it would take forever. So here I sit, proving to him that dads always right.

Always seem to have issues with this BK. Last week I ordered food for my wife and I. The chicken sandwich I ordered had so much sauce on it that by the time I got home (12 min drive) the buns were soggy and falling apart. They also forgot to include the fries and jalapeno cheddar bites we ordered. BK everywhere else is great, but I will never be back to this location.

This is the best burger king I have ever been to food is always made hot and fresh. My cheese is always melted. Sometimes it may take a little longer but always worth the wait. Everyone is super friendly as well. I always order rodeo burgers thank you guys

I wish 0 stars was an option because giving them one star for this is WAY too nice. This is the nastiness store I’ve ever been into. Working many years in food service you know a smell when you smell it. I went through the drive thru and when the window opened up I pulled away. I feel bad for anyone that eats there. Health inspector needs to come in and shut this place down NOW!

Came later in the evening around 8pm kinda had a bigger order the service was awesome and all the food was hot! The night shift was amazing! We had to wait for kids meal nuggets and they have her some extra nuggets. Great experience
