I ordered a chicken strip basket with gravy, and a blizzard through the drive thru. The Blizzard had a flat lid, so flipping it over made little to no sense as this is proving nothing to me. I can’t see if the blizzard is falling because there is no room to fall and lack of visibility.
The chicken strip basket was handed to me without a bag, which doesn’t make sense. The basket houses the chicken, so that compares to the wrapper on a burger, however I’m assuming burgers are put into a bag… not just handed to the customer in the wrapper.
Finally, the gravy for the chicken strip basket was thicker than the blizzard I ordered. It was multicolored, looked like it was the bottom of the barrel and not mixed together as well as being burnt.
All that cost $19.98. I’ve been coming here for my entire life, however this will be my last time. Makes absolutely no sense that I can go across the street and spend half the money for twice the satisfaction. For your price point you should be following your standards and providing a better experience to customers willing to spend money at your establishment.

Just once I would like to get a correct order. Ordered a Medium Snowdrift blizzard with extra marshmallow and I received a small oreo blizzard with no marshmallow. This happens every time I go there. The lady in front of had to drive back because they did the exact same thing to her. I feel like I received the order she brought back, in the garbage it goes. I will drive three miles out of my way, to avoid this place.

Visited on Mother’s Day to pick up a pre-ordered birthday cake (sheet ice cream cake). It was extremely clean and nice inside. There was a line with 4-5 people ordering meals. There was also a line at the drive thru. I ordered a snall lemon lime misty freeze and asked for my cake. She brought my cake and then made my freeze. Overall, I was there around 11 minutes. While waiting, I witnessed an employee looking at signs (assuming lists of blizzard recipes) and asking for help from other employees. She was not at all productive and seems likely to mess up orders. As someone who has had family own a Dairy Queen and has worked at Dairy Queens in High School and college, I recommend encouraging employees to memorize recipes and take home a binder to help do do. It’s not hard, a scoop of this, a pump of that.
When I was heading out with my cake, I tasted the misty freeze and it wasn’t the right consistency, too thick (too much ice cream or not enough misty slush). It was sad because I couldn’t drink it with a straw, which is the point (especially while driving). I’d say, a couple workers need more training.
The cake was awesome though!

Food was good! Service was great! Very welcoming. Will definitely eat here again. Asked for a bacon double cheeseburger with no onions and got exactly that! Perfect!

The girl on duty messed up every part of the order price, but then accidentally gave me more change then we as required, so I guess it was a wash. I wish the signage would come down for flavors they don’t have (I’m the talking to you, sign for Maple Cookie flavored milkshakes)

I just had went through the drive thru, and after getting my food for the first time, I thought everything was perfectly fine as it always had been when coming through. HOWEVER, I was wrong I got a sauced and tossed 6 piece box, and I was given three. Not a big deal, everyone makes mistakes however when I came back they TOOK my box inside back through the kitchen, I’m ServSafe certified, that’s a HUGE health code violation. I’m sick, I have a nasty cold and now my germs have been spread through that kitchen. So anyone who needs to know BE WARNED. Who knows how many outside germs they brought into their kitchen before making you food.

Livid! I purchased a cake that’s supposed to have a Basketball and Happy 13th Birthday Jacob and as you see in the picture it’s definitely NOT THAT! If I were the one to pick it up it wouldve been addressed but of course the one time I dont go to do the pick up this happens & its already paid for ……Horrible job! So disappointed

Holy crap 27 dollars for 2 chicken strip meals?!?!..it’s literally the cheapest thing you can get on any other sit down restaurant menu..idk who DQ thinks they are or how good their food is but news flash it’s not that good. Christ I swear to god I will never go to dairy queen again. Fast food is getting awfully brave with these prices lately. Smh
