If you go into the dinning room to order your food, they make you order on the touch screen instead of a person taking your order. The computer won’t let you modify certain items. When I finally got someone’s attention for help, they just shrugged and said they didn’t know how to work it. Gave you, canceled the order and went elsewhere.

This is the Taco Bell I typically go to, mostly because it feels fancier with the ability to look into the kitchen and have an idea of how busy the kitchen is. Other than the different atmosphere, you are still going to get the usual TB food.

I’m rewriting this review. I already rated this bad. I have always had issues with this Tacobell. Their food is always cold, they are always slow and most of the time the people who work there SUCK. They have a new person on window who is AMAZING. That person is so joyful and so nice and kind. However on Thursday November 13th, 2025 I went to order two cheese roll ups and sat in line for 25 minutes with only two cars in front of me. I then go to eat my food, AND I FOUND TWO PEICES OF PLASTIC IN MY CHEESE ROLL UP! This place sucks. I would’ve taken a picture or called, but I was on my way into work and for some reason the phone number online never works… maybe they got tired of complaints. You guys suck.

I stopped in to this Taco Bell, which I’ve never been to and I was so impressed with their store, service and my food was amazing. I always have picky things and they got it right on! Good job all of you and thanks for the smiles while giving great food! I will for sure stop back.

Very disappointed in the food I ordered a crunch wrap and the only thing that was on there in abundance was the sour cream no meat no beans almost nothing else. And send the wait, There was only two cars in front of me and I did a mobile order and I still waited in the line for 28 minutes it took my whole lunch break just to get the food

Went to Taco Bell in Dunlap last night.
Staff was very rude, all of them. Asked if we could get our cups cause a family of 7 came in after us and got theirs. Though I can’t really blame them because there’s a baby in the kitchen. A literal infant being passed around by the shift while they’re working. That’s definitely a health violation.
And then they threw us a bag of half wrapped food.

My food was SO GOOD. It was like, whoever made it, made it like they were going to be the one eating it. I’ve been to this Taco Bell many times, but this time was the best.

I’ve been telling my friends the meat here tastes wierd for about a year. I couldn’t put my finger on what has changed. This Taco Bell is closest to my house. It was close to closing time or I would have gone to a different Taco Bell. That’s how “off” the meat is here. So I order my food, pay for it, receive it, and then I see this…(refer to photos). I tried to eat my tacos but I couldn’t even get one bite down. I took a bite thinking the writing on the white board is probably just some immature kids thinking they are funny. But as my mouth filled with said bite, the thought occurred to me that if they think that’s funny, would they think it hilarious to actually put those things in our food? I’m sure it’s very unlikely but I just couldn’t get the possibilities out of my head. I don’t understand the thinking behind whomever wrote that. I don’t think any of this is funny. I am disgusted. I had to spit that bite out and proceed to puke for hours afterwords. Since taking this picture, I have literally not been able to eat any take-out food. I am absolutely mortified! I edited the second photo so the words on the white board could be seen more clearly. I had been on a Taco Bell kick for a hot minute. I am so thoroughly disappointed that has come to a screeching halt. 🙁
