Went two days in a row since I was working in the area. Went through the drive through.
First time the food was okay, but slow service. Could have been heavier on the condiments, but I digress. Pickles tasted weird.
Went again today and asked for the same things. I ordered a gargantuan UNWICH, and got it regular. She asked twice what I had specified. There’s 300 calories I did not need nor want, hence ordering the UNWICH.
By the time I got home half an hour away I didn’t want to go back to get it corrected.

I went to the drive thru and they said it would be a 30 minute wait. They had 6 orders before me unless i had a pick up. Obviously not the employees fault but maybe get rid of the drive thru and just do pick ups ♀️

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They delivered to the wrong house. Ok no big deal. An hour later we called they rushed the sandwiches out. Everything was wrong. We called to have them remade and the manager on duty was disrespectful, rude and combative. After waiting nearly 2 hours we had sandwiches that had next to no meat, missing ingredients and a manager who would not make anything right. Your making sandwiches not saving lives, whether your busy or not. Making excuses and telling off a customer because you made a mistake and refused to make it right is out of this world. The delivery driver was great. Apologetic and made sure we knew how sorry he was. You should look to have him train your manager on customer service.

Takes over an hour for food to be delivered. I ended up canceling my order. Gave it another shot a few months later over an hour and a half food still not delivered. Not worth ordering from them insanely slow by the time the sandwich is delivered it’s soggy and been sitting for hours.

Ordered lunch and got 2 sandwiches it took 45+ minutes to be delivered. Thanks to the slowness I did not get to eat lunch during my designated lunch break. If you need quick delivery don’t go here

I’ve purchased several items on the menu since this location opened in Norwalk and the folks here have consistently done a wonderful job, in my experience. Both food (fresh, neatly prepared/packaged) and service (timely, courteous) have been fantastic each visit. The manager should be proud of this team and the products and service provided. Every time I’ve gotten JJ’s in the past few weeks it’s been good. Only issues I have had, I had one sandwich wrong out of the nearly 10 orders I’ve made, and one of the delivery drivers (even when given a tip) proceeded to ask for a signature when I requested it to be left at the door. Then again, they were a kid on the weekend. Otherwise, it’s been awesome and I will continue to order from here.
