We ordered the 12 pc chicken dinner, through Uber Eats tonight. What was delivered was so unacceptable! This meal should include 3 Breasts(white meat) 3 thighs, 3 legs and 3 wings. What we received were 4 thighs, 4 legs and 5 wings!!! I only eat the breast so I was out of luck. Everyone knows the breasts are the most expensive and they deliberately didn’t put any in my order! This isn’t the first time that it happened, but it’s the last time I order from them!!!
I reported it to Uber Eats and they only gave me a $5 credit. Really!!??

I placed an order online, 4 times in a row I have ordered wings plain and had ordered sweet & spicy sauce on the side, which I pay for. 4 times it was not included in our order. And do not realize it till we get home. I also order Chicken sandwich no pickles with extra mayonaise, all 4 times also i got a plain sandwich. Where it clearly states on the chicken sandwich bag extra mayo. I notice this everytime when i get home. And not driving back out of my way to get it fixed when should have been done right in the first place. Its simple put in the bag the sauce i paid for, and get the order right on the directions on the bag the sandwich is in which .has not happened. So to order something , pay for it and not get it, is not acceptable esp 4 times in a row.

Love the food its fresh and hot, but unfortunately the staff have no personality. Thank god they have good food because I wouldn’t go there if it was based on the staff. Sometimes I take the ride out east or out west when I want good food and good service from Popeyes. I probably won’t be going back there any time soon.

Food was hot and delicious. Tables inside always have crumbs and sticky food residue from previous customers. Younger female worker is very rude and stingey with napkins. Otherwise good experience on a Saturday with mobile order.

I’m always excited to find a good Popeyes, and the one in Coram definitely hits the spot. The chicken sandwiches are juicy and flavorful, and the crinkle-cut fries are always crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It’s the perfect combination for a quick and satisfying meal.
The staff at the Coram Popeyes is also top-notch. They’re always friendly and helpful, even when the line is out the door. I’ve never had a bad experience there.
If you’re looking for a delicious and affordable meal, I highly recommend Popeyes in Coram. You won’t be disappointed!

Place looks nice and clean. Also there are many parking spaces at the shopping center where they are located.
As a Real estate agent I am always in the Rd so very convenient and in a good location.
I will definitely try them again if doing showings in the area.

It seems like this location has a new owne. Because the chicken doesn’t taste like Popeyes chicken normally does. No seasoning, even the spicy chicken isn’t a bit spicy the apple pie isn’t it’s normally sweet and filled with cinnamon. Just Not The Same, stopped in 2-11-25 wouldn’t be stopping here again

NEVER coming here again. Came here 15 minutes ago 9/19 drive thru. The order came with no sauce which I specifically asked for sauce. The mac and cheese was watery! The service was not great.No hello or thank you when I got to the drive up. The lady with the garb on was very stand offish. Spent $50 and this is how you treat people.

This popeyes has the best popeyes food of all time. It deserves a Michelin star. It has an extremely clean, cozy, and nicely decorated dining environment. Also, extremely tasty chicken.

New location in Centereach, ordered the shrimp box with fries, classic chicken sandwich and jalapeno poppers. Everything was delicious but the jalapeno poppers were by far my fav… real peppers, so crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. I went through the drive thru and there are long lines right now as it is so new to this area.
