Last night was my first time ordering at this location since it reopened. When I got home I found half my order was missing, despite partially checking the bag (because I didn’t want to hold up the line) and asking the employee at the window if that was everything and if they were sure before I left. I tried calling about the missing food only to be repeatedly bumped to voice mail (I left a message and haven’t heard back as of writing this review 12 hours later). After driving back and waiting thru the line again (lobby wasn’t open at that hour) and finally getting the missing food, with an indifferent shrug from the employee as recompense for my inconvenience I might add, the food itself ended up being cold and near inedible from the hard tortillas and crunchy rice in the burritos, that I figure was either badly undercooked or perhaps too old and dry to be soft anymore.
I understand that mistakes with orders will happen in fast food. I’m not even surprised when those mistakes are met with apathy from the employees. My expectations weren’t very high or unrealistic for a Del Taco around ~10pm. But, when after 2 trips back and forth to the restaurant to recieve what I paid for yields food I can’t even eat, well, at that point the whole trip was nothing but a waste of time and money for food that might as well have went straight into the trash the moment I got it.
If there is a next time at a Del Taco for me I’ll be sure to make the longer trip to the location off Arapahoe road. I suggest others do the same, especially if getting their orders to-go.

I’ve been to many Del Tacos for years as an LA native and this one has consistently been the best. Pre—Colorado-franchise incident they were fairly solid for dine-in and post franchise incident I find myself here even more often – I’m glad at least the weekday manager made it back here after they reopened because she is so helpful and understands and helps to alleviate the limitations of the kiosk system had. I have issues with some of the other DT locations in the area, but I’m glad this one is the closest to my office because they alway knocks it out of the park. The kiosk systems taking over the fast food industry are rough, but the crew at Del Taco – Parker still make me feel like a person and not just a wallet.

Service here is always top notch. Guys are friendly and seem happy to be there. Only thing I’ll complain about is their drive thru times system. The drive thru operator is tasked with making sure food going out at a fast rate so they are timed. But the thing I’m not sure Del Taco understands is when employees are getting penalized by slow drive thru times the quality of food that comes out goes down. Today crowded drive thru but it went so fast you could hardly tell until you look at your food. I’d say 1/8th of my fry’s were lukewarm rest not ice cold but nevertheless still cold and the quesadilla cheese was only melted of one of four slices.
Overall I don’t believe the workers need to be reprimanded for this I believe the policy needs to be changed to allow employees a generous amount of time so drive thru orders can be both speedy and of the highest quality. —— EDIT: review is super old before reopening
After reopening: service 10/10 food quality 10/10 I’ve since ordered countless quesadillas from this location and haven’t received a bad one since the original review. The new/old crew is amazing and incredibly friendly. The food amazing best Del Taco I’ve had in a long time maybe is because I went so many months without but I safely can say this fast food restaurant has stepped its game up after the initial problem

Back to the old ways. When this place opened back up, it was top notch. Everything I went through the drive- thru to get or door dashed was perfect. Until tonight. Someone apparently hates their job in the kitchen. We door dashed. Chicken quesadillas were burned and lacking items, carne asada fries had ground beef instead of steak. Fries were burned. Ground beef in burrito tasted old and was awful. No one in my family was happy with their meal.

We order through Grubhub from this place quite often. I can’t tell you how many times things are missing from our order!!!! Everytime I order, hoping it’s right, but let down every time. To top it off, can’t even put hot sauce in the bag!!! Waste of my money every time!!!

Went through the drive thru to get food which takes forever. It’s as if they start making food once they take payment or something. You look through the window and see 2 people standing there watching 1 person make everything. Like there’s 4 people inside but 1 person doing it all? Yes. I ordered a simple burger meal and it has the hardest bun of all time on it. I kid you not, i returned it and as I am being asked “was there something wrong with it” I demonstrated by knocking on the bun in front of him and having him touch it in which they agreed. But to apologize about this bun is the weirdest part. Like someone had to open it, put stuff in it, wrap it up, and put it in a bag. And out of ALL those steps and hands touching that burger, not one time did anyone say “damn, let me change out this rock ahhhh bun.” Wild.

I will never visit this location again. When I arrived at the drive thru line it was a longer than average wait extending in to the parking lot. My kids had been requesting dell taco for several days so I shrugged it off and hoped that the food would be good since they were busy. Boy was I WRONG! Ordering process was just fine, an employee even made sure I got my last bag that nearly got left behind. When I received my two tostada’s they were placed VERTICALLY in the paper bag with a burrito on top of them!!!! So naturally everything on the tostada was sliding off. Not only did they lack the common sense to keep a tostada FLAT, when I arrived home a queso loaded fry was also sideways in the bag, not to mention the value tacos were very poorly wrapped and already opening up in the bag. Here is the kicker though… Not only did my daughter find a hair in her carne asada fry… SHE FOUND TWO!!!! Clearly the people packing the bags need more training. I will never again visit this location and instead will take my business to the Dell Taco off Arapahoe Road where I have never had this many issues before.

Drive through for soft tacos and iced tea. Both were better than taco bell. But I asked for mild sauce and got blazing hot.

All 4 of these are the same taco.. some have little cheese and some have tons, some have no tomatoes and some have many.. inconsistent but, my tacos tasted great and my kids quesadillas were fine.
The food prep could be better but let’s be honest, for fast food it’s still better than taco bell.
