Very Rude especially Josh. I ordered a large pizza and was given a medium pizza when I asked why was it so small Josh’s response was because it’s a New York pizza. When I asked why was it a New York pizza when I ordered a large pizza his response was bc it was cut wrong. It was 6 slices of pizza. It certainly was not a not a large. I eat Dominos all the time. Josh said he would remake the pizza. I then asked another male worker were the pans on the wall the actual sizes of the pizzas. Josh turned around and said “look I’m not going to argue with you! I said I’m remaking the pizza” I said I’m just asking are the pans on the wall the actual sizes. He said yes and that he can just throw my pizza away. I said and what about the coupons I used and he shrugged his shoulders. I asked his name and he told me it was Josh. I informed him he is problematic this is not my first time hearing of his poor customer service skills. He said he’d never met before in his life and I responded that I have heard his name in customer complaints before. I am not happy with my experience at Domino’s.

My pizza today feels like I’m eating dry cardboard box no freshness no interesting flavor. The pizza is flat flat and it taste like it could be cardboard box. It looks dry cheese look dry. The meat is very thin on the pizza like today was just and it’s not busy today. It’s not a very busy day. It’s raining here in Dallas and I can’t even get no hot fresh pizza that don’t feel and taste like cardboard.

I placed an online order with Domino’s totaling $48 and paid in full at checkout. Shortly after placing the order, I received a phone call stating they do not deliver to my area after dark. I live in a townhome located on a main street, not a house or a high-risk location.
I was told I would need to pick up the order, which I agreed to. However, I was then informed that my online payment would be voided and that I would need to bring my physical credit card to the store to pay again. This made no sense, as the order was already paid for online.
This experience made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly treated based on where I live. I find this policy confusing and concerning, and I do not appreciate how the situation was handled.

It seems that everytime I EARN a free pizza, cause I’ve ordered so much, the pizza is never done right and disgusting. Why is that? Are yall upset people actually earn a free pizza?? So you do whatever to it? I asked for well done did not get well done.. whenever you pick up a slice everything is falling off.. ask for extra meat.. they stingy with the meat but have the nerve to upcharge $2 just to put 4 extra pieces of meat. There are kids, part timers, and unfortunately they have an extremely high turnover rate so try to go easy on the workers.
When my order is incorrect, they fix it, if ordering for a group and they are running late, they let me know. The ingredients have changed for the dough over the years and it tastes much better, not too sweet nor crunchy. Plus their ingredients are always fresh.
The most stellar thing that ever happened was once I picked up a pizza for my daughter, when she had a half day. Ironically, she lost her phone. After searching on the “find my” app, it’s was on the vicinity of Dominios. Y’all, the 1st shift didn’t tell the 2nd shift but my daughters phone was in the mgrs office (after been run over). So, on top of everything else, they are also honest.

I ordered for delivery and when I got my order everything was fine but my pizzas were dry so I called the lady and told her that my pizzas were dry and that I didn’t want these and all she told me was we put sauce on the pizza and that if people wanted extra sauce then they would pay for extra sauce. And on top of that even tho I ordered delivery she wants me to bring the pizzas up there. RUDE! I will never come here again

Worst Domino’s i have been to. Order pizzas with extra cheese. Some of the slices were missing cheese, when i called to talk to a manager, Devin, responded stating he was one of the managers. I told him the pizzas did not have extra cheese and he said he personally reviewed each order, well that is not true…. My order did not have extra cheese. I don’t appreciate
being called a lier. He said i would get a credit in my account to that store for next time but why would i go to the same Dominos where the pizza was awful and i was called a lier!!!! I rather have a credit in my account to use in any Domino’s!! cooperate office please change your rules

My boyfriend ordered online for carry out, I went to pick it up on my way home from work. I get home we get ready to eat and almost everything is burned. The pizza, the Parmesan bites, the chicken Alfredo pasta. And they also didn’t include the two dipping cups we had ordered. I called back to see if they could redo my order because honestly why would you let a customer walk out the door with BURNED food, look at the picture. You can clearly tell the difference between burned bites and fresh bites. I tasted one and it was so hard. Anyway, whenever I was telling them about my bad order they guy doesn’t even put me on hold to see what he can to about it, he just goes to tell his manager or whatever that they have a BIG COMPLAINT A REALLY BIG COMPLAINT jokingly! If you’re going to complain about a customer, at least put them on mute! The whole conversation was a mess. The guy offered me a $10 credit, but that can’t even a cover a small pepperoni pizza lol. I go to pick up my pizza and the guy who helps me and the guy who i first got my pizza from looked at me so ugly. They were a bit rude and didn’t bother to greet me either time. If you’re going to be mad about remaking a pizza, get another job. It’s literally so easy, I’ve worked at dominos before and it’s not that hard to mess up. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This is supposed to be a chicken, tomato, and spinach pizza. There’s literally 7 pieces of chicken, tomato, and spinach each across the entire pizza.

So, my original review stands to be corrected. This Domino’s is bussin bussin! Ninety-eight percent of the time, my order is correctly made and delicious to boot. I’m here at least two times a week. If something is not to your liking, they will make it right. This is a slice from today. I always cut my slices in half. Look at that meat!
I always place carry out orders. Sometimes they are very good about having the pizza ready and correct, but when they mess up in any way, they mess up big. It’s seldom they mess up, though. This is why I carrry out. I used to walk in, but they were tooooo slow, and didn’t care, either. The pizza is really good, though.
