I got a burrito bowl to go today, and honestly, it was one of the most disappointing meals I’ve had in a while. The burrito felt like it weighed 2-3 pounds, way too heavy for a normal portion, but despite the size, it was completely bland. The guacamole tasted synthetic, the rice was mushy and clumped together like it had been cooked with way too much water, and the entire thing just felt heavy without any real flavor.
I took two bites and had to stop eating because it was just not enjoyable. The quantity is there, SURE, but the quality and taste are completely off!!!!

I just had the most amazing experience at this establishment that deserves to be shared. The team at Moe’s really make you feel special. From the young man who opened the door as I was entering, to the huge “Welcome to Moe’s” greeting from the entire team. Although this was a late order, the restaurant was super clean and everyone had a great attitude. I have to give the biggest shoutout to Ellen, Cassidy, Musa & Aybek. What an amazing team tonight led by Gaby who also demonstrated great leadership. If you ever want to be treated with respect, drop by and you won’t be disappointed.

After placing an online order for two and receiving my pickup time I went in. I stood for just a minute before I was asked my name. The kind lady said we got a large order just before yours and offered a drink while I waited. The wait wasn’t horrible but this small gesture made a big difference and cost pennies to the store. Great hospitality goes a long way and is noticed. Good job!

I normally go to Chipotle for Mexican food, just went here to try out something different. I tried Ground Beef and Wifey tried Seasoned Chicken. We liked chicken more then beef (which is unusual). But the taste overall was good as well as price was also fair enough. $15 for two bowls was not bad.
I went there two more times, and thought to change my rating from 4 star to 5 star. I tried their Steak and now me and wifey are fan of it. Also the chips quantity and friendliness of staff make visit more pleasant.

I walked into Moes and I instantly got greeted with “welcome to Moes.” Such an amazing atmosphere the moment you walk in. A short Turkish man named Orkhan took my order, and let me tell you, he filled me up well with his meat. So much meat in fact that his coworker Ryan Kwon was the one to close my “Stack” order. He efficiently closed my stack order compared to other Moes establishments I’ve been to (they usually leave holes in the tortilla somehow). Both Orkhan and Kwon served me well and I will come again soon to be filled up with their meat!

Staff is always very friendly and professional. I’m disappointed in the food portions gradually decreasing. The price has went up for the deals but the bowels are not as full for app orders and the chips bag that used to be full, is now less than half. Please ask if we want a full bag rather than just giving the bare minimum. One of the main reasons I even get Moes is the chips.

I had a very good experience. Went for dinner around 9pm. Closer to closing I always expect service workers to be tired, food to be stale from sitting out and just a get in and get out type of deal. Austin had a positive and friendly attitude and was genuinely happy to fulfill any request we had. Another employee offered my boyfriend a sample of the adobo chicken and we loved it and went with that. Austin made sure to take his time with prepping our meal (no one likes big globs of sour cream or guac in one spot. He made sure it was even and perfect). At checkout he gave us the option to give our phone number and instantly received a buy one get one free coupon. The atmosphere was so positive we went back in to ask if there had been a change in management and for Austin’s name (I assumed he was the manager because of the experience). Well done to this team
