The food is exceptional! I love the chicken Buddha bowl, extra sauce on the side. So healthy and SO yummy! I like to swing by once or twice a week, because it is so good for my body, and there is no sacrifice for flavor. Don’t tell Wilda, but they should charge more for the Buddha bowls – it is a PHENOMENAL value!

The woman at the counter was inviting and communicative. She was always buzzing around doing something when she wasn’t helping customers. She is with her weight in gold.

We ordered the Wilda and House dogs with a side of onion rings. The Wilda was good, but the House was better. The sauerkraut maybe didn’t go well with the dog, while the simplicity of the House dog just sang with the Wilda’s Mustard. We did sub out chopped onions in favor of grilled onions on the house dog. The onion rings were terrific with the crunch of the batter and the light flavor that highlighted the onion. The garlic aoli was good, if a little underwhelming on flavor and tasted like plain mayo.

The atmosphere was ok, but we weren’t big on the artwork. The music selection was good, but a little on the noisy side. The place was clean in large just to the buzzing woman at the counter.

This is all I want when I visit Redding. It never disappoints; the food is always consistent, and the staff are all so welcoming. The Buddha bowls are a must-try with a side of falafel.

Great food. The sauce was a bit heavy on the falafel bowl but it’s such a healthy bowl. I’d get it again but with the sauce on the side.

Food was out in less than a minute and it tasted like it. Void of any spice or flavor just some bland rice and chicken thrown into a box with a bunch of salad dressing on top to make it have flavor. I miss eating food made by people who love making good food.

I love this place. So do my kids.
What you get for the price is unmatched, I think. Heaps of healthy, tasty, filling food. That’s good for you.
One Buddha bowl feeds two kids and costs less than another local healthy food place charges for a wrap. ‍♂️
Lovely staff.
Clean, healthy food.
Thank you for what you provide, Wildas!

Great atmosphere, the food just doesn’t taste that good and the chicken tastes like it was boiled. I’ve have 8 different items from the menu. I feel kind of bad leaving a review like this because it’s a local restaurant but I also just can’t lie I’m sorry

I work across the hall from Wilda’s in the work comp office. The staff here is so amazing! You can walk in and have a sad or mad look on your face and the lovely people who greet you when you walk in turn frowns upside down so fast! The food is amazing, I recommend the chicken Buddha bowl add bacon with extra sauce on the side (ask for it in a larger to-go box and it fits perfectly in your desk drawer to take bites as you can) they also have $3 pints all day on Fridays, I have to wait until 5pm to have one, but you don’t! If you’re in Redding and seasonal depression is hitting you, walk in to Wilda’s Grill and feel how they welcome you and want to feed you! Bathrooms are available for paying customers and the key comes on the best back scratcher you could get on a lunch break. Don’t sleep on this place, if they ever extended their hours into the later evenings with pie and warm cider, and maybe some light comedy or paint and sips…. Anywho, if you’re after authentic “good and good for you” food, Wilda’s

The staff were friendly, the atmosphere and service was good. I came here after seeing the Buddha bowl in a YT vlog. It was filling but I didn’t find it very interesting. It had a lot of cabbage/slaw and some rice and beans and the protein choice with lots of mayo dressing. We only had the Buddha bowls so don’t know about the other food. I would go with chipotle over the Buddha bowl here.
