First time visiting this location and it was a very pleasant experience both the food/service and the ambience. The decor is more industrial chic and much different then the usual Paneras located throughout Northeastern location I go to mostly. This location was very spacious and nicely layed out for seating.

The ambiance of the building was divine. Let’s delve into the culinary experience. I opted for the Goddess Caprese but was disappointed to find it sloppily prepared and lacking ingredients far from its advertised presentation. A dish with the name Goddess should be upheld to the highest standards. After returning the sandwich, I dug into my Goddess salad.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Paid 6 for an iced coffee- you dont even actually get served, you have to fill it yourself. There was no more coffee btw. The smoothie had chunks, lukewarm. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and they gave me a different kind since they ran out (the server was nice about it) but that damn cookie was a week old. Worst panera ever.

The whole experience is streamlined through kiosks – totally self-order and self-service. Love how you can pick your perfect meal at your own pace, skipping the front desk hassle. And, gotta say, the food’s off the charts – super tasty!

We were impressed by the super cozy atmosphere at this Panera!! It’s was such a great spot to recharge after some shopping around the block, and not too busy during a late Saturday afternoon. The cashier was a lil slow ( you can pretty much tell that they are new to the job), but there are self-service kiosk and order from table services so that a plus. The order was quick and the crew at the food station was nice.
