I absolutely love this place. Great food, great drinks, and the best spring rolls I’ve ever had. Everything tastes fresh and flavorful, and it’s easily one of my favorite pho spots.
The only downside is order accuracy. The servers don’t write anything down (props to them), but I went twice in three days and the same server messed up my order both times — including bringing me something I’m allergic to. Also, the wait time can be a bit long for what it is. That said, it’s still an amazing restaurant and one I’d highly recommend, especially if they tighten up those few details.

UN-fabulous and more like disastrous Pho. Terrible broth. No meat just a bunch of starch (for $16.99!!!) Com Tam (steamed rice) has BURNED meat and old / foul-smelling (probably will give me cancer and diarrhea after this!) I regret eating here. Waiter never checked on us! We had to HOWL to get any attention. Gave us one chopstick for two Phos.

The food was excellent, the spring rolls were freshly made. The vermicelli with pork was very tasty. The portions are generous and priced reasonable. The service was a little flaky, but it was New Years Day. It seemed like they were short handed. The waiter took our order and he never checked back. The server did not appear to speak English.

Have been coming here since they opened, and wow have they gone down hill now.
In the beginning, we were so impressed with the cleanliness, the beautiful wooden menus, service and of course the food.
Everything about this place was great.
Fast forward to today, place was empty except for like 2 tables.
Ordered, received our food, and nobody ever came back after that.
Needed napkins, had to get up and look for waitstaff, later needed refills, again waited
and waited , had to get up again and ask for
refills.
Cashier guy came and brought back refills, asked him if everyone went home, he said “they had to leave to buy something”
Service was horrible.
Today, as well the last few times we’ve come here the tables have been dirty, condiments empty, rusty, just so run down.

My only regret was passing this place up for the last couple of years. The pho broth is pho-nomenal! Clean and bursting with meaty-flavored goodness with subtle aromatics. The salad, cucumber, shakn beef and signature wings were all excellent. The treatment and hospitality was even better. All of which will keep us coming back. Thanks for the experience!

Honestly I shouldn’t be surprised anymore but I always am. Food here is excellent. Lucky to have some excellent Asian food this far north. Pho is always excellent, like the wonton, and the fresh spring rolls are legit and obviously made fresh to order. It’s noticed and appreciated.

I adore this place! Spring rolls and pho are the best! The staff are friendly and helpful, I truly feel welcome and appreciated. The Thai tea is a must also!
I hate that they’re closed on Tuesday now, but I still try to get in every couple of weeks. Location is not too hard to get in and out of and parking is acceptable.

Came in to eat tonight and after 10 minues of sitting down one of the bus boys briskly comes to our table and grabs the soy sauce and wheels it away! He did the other tables as well! I guess everyone was cut off after 730. Very rude!

I’ve visited this place a handful of times, and the pho has always been decent in both quality and flavor. Unfortunately, this most recent visit completely changed my impression.
I ordered a small combination pho, as I always do. When I checked out, I noticed the price was higher than usual, so I asked to confirm the charge. They told me I had been served a large bowl and insisted that I “should’ve known it was a large bowl since I’ve eaten here several times,” as if customers are supposed to memorize bowl sizes instead of relying on the staff to bring out what they actually ordered.
I genuinely had no idea they brought out a large bowl. I was watching my show and eating my food, not analyzing bowl sizes. It’s certainly not my job to keep track of their dishware. Instead of handling the misunderstanding professionally, they doubled down and implied it was somehow my fault.
To make things worse, they began speaking in Vietnamese about how I was stubborn and cheap, not knowing that I understood every word. Out of all the times I’ve eaten there, I have never once tried to cheat them out of anything. I simply wanted to be charged for what I actually ordered.
The entire situation was handled poorly, and the disrespect I received was unnecessary. Unfortunately, they’ve lost a customer. I never write reviews but this experience was uncalled for.

This place used to be amazing. Unfortunately, last time I visited, the food was absurdly expensive and the servings were small. The drinks tasted like the drink machine was dirty or maybe they used city water. Customer service was brusk and pushy. Felt like they were attempting to hustle customers because they would push buying the most expensive options on the menu. I should have appreciated it more when it was good.
