Sharon left my cheddar cheese off my classic beef sandwich. I specifically asked for bronco sauce and she replied that’s included then didn’t include it in my bag. Then I ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches, one plain and the other pickles only. They put the pickles only in the plain wrapper, tricking my son. Dinner ruined. Thanks, Sharon.

We stopped here for a quick bite, and it wasn’t too bad. We ordered two beef and cheddar meals and a kids chicken nugget meal. I will say the food here is over priced for what you get. There was barely any beef on our sandwiches. Our total was around $25. When we go to Wendy’s next door, we pay less than $15 total for three people and get the same amount of food. Luckily we only go here once in a blue moon.

Pulled up to use the drive thru at 10:58pm automatic voice at the drive through said that they were currently closed and to return during normal business hours got out of our truck and checked the posted hours on the door says their open till midnight

I cannot even begin to explain how irritated I am. I paid almost $10 for my meal. It was 20 minutes before closing time. And this is what I got. I ordered a double beef and cheddar meal. This wasn’t even a single. There wasn’t even cheese on it, and the roast beef was dry as hell. The fries were cold. I completely wasted my money.

7 Aug. First time visiting this Arby’s and the service was exceptional. The Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Great work ethics and it did not go unnoticed.
