As a former hardees manager im disappointed the girl in the window really tried playing me in my face. All i asked was 1 of my apply turnovers to be blended in my shake (which has been done numerous times before ) i also remember the procedure so trying to tell me it would over flow the shake is a joke look at the shake SHE MADE AND GAVE ME talk about being petty just say you dont want to or lie and say its against procedure from cross contamination which would also be false because the blender is cleaned after each use lol and last but not least last time i checked the customer is always right but thats not how this visit felt and when i expressed that to her i could see on her face she was over me js expressing how i know it was possible and she woulda been better off lying i know for a fact if i blend this shake my self which i am now and pour it back in this same cup it would even fill the lid and compared to the shake on the menu my shake looks sad ……thanks for coming to my ted talk

Great biscuits and shakes! The burgers are typically pretty tasty also. Definitely a good breakfast! Prices aren’t terrible as compared to anywhere else. Convenient access and location. Would recommend for breakfast, raisin cinnamon biscuits, and hand-dipped shakes.

I was offered 2 apple pies for 1.50 then told I couldn’t have them because it wasn’t cooked. Unless I wanted to wait awhile longer. It took them 5 minutes to get out the food I ordered. The bun on my burger was definitely left out because it was like a crouton in areas. That’s not from over cooking it’s from being lazy. I will never ever go to Hardee’s ever again because of the disgust I got from here. Shame on you Hardee’s. I once gave you 5 stars. Fries were cold burger was also. 4 pickles stacked on top of each other. Good luck making money on that one

Was asked to pull forward.
After 8 min. went in to check on my food. Was told the biscuits weren’t put in. Another 5 minutes later no food.
I told the employee I had to get to work and no longer had time.
She said she couldn’t give me a refund because her manager wasn’t there.
So I waited another 5 minutes.
18 minutes in total to get my order. Food was fresh and good. Just had to eat in a big rush.

We stopped by this store late around 7-8 pm on our way back to Chicago from Chestnut mountain. Their 2 for $5 chicken wraps was really good. After I finished the first 2 I went back inside and got 2 more. Service was fast and no hassle. It was just your typical fast food spot so can’t complain or compliment the atmosphere.
