I was waiting for 5 minutes for the clerk to get back from the restroom and when he came to take my order he was rude and he was slamming the metal tray for the meat on the counter like he was mad he had to replace it because it was empty. He got the bread and slammed it on the counter and he was just slapping the bread with the cheese and meat and then when I went to order another sandwich he acted like I was a bother to him by rolling his eyes. I told him to just ring me up for the first sandwich because he was having a bad day and I didn’t come to subway to be treated that way. I don’t recommend this establishment

Walked in. I was the only customer. Two workers were talking. Waited for at least five minutes, wasn’t acknowledged. Another customer walks up and we’re both waiting for a few more minutes. The guy asked the other customer what she wanted as if I were invisible..I could have spoken and said “ I was here a long time before she walked up”, but I just left. I think it was my conservative apparel. Not sure.

My husband and I ordered our subs online. I drove 20 minutes to pick them up and 20 back. My husband’s sub was completely wrong. He paid for extra pepperoni and salami but received neither. He drove 20 back to town to get a refund and the guy was going to give it to him but the lady working said she knows she made it right and it was what he ordered. She refused to give his money back to him and told him he was wrong.

Rudest subway punk kid. Rude rude rude. We got into town late and this Subway was the only food within 17 miles and just so happened to be open at 10:45pm when we got there and closes at midnight. The Subway was only 5 minutes from our hotel and we didn’t get out of there until 11:30!!!! The red headed young boy was the only one working so we thought we would give him a break. He took his sweet time holding conversations with people he knew and not making sandwiches. The line was backing up. As soon as it was our turn, his attitude instantly changed from hometown boy catching up with people he knew, to hateful punk ass. He stopped talking, slammed our food around, snapped answers at us, and slammed our receipt on our sandwich.he then turned off the lights at 11:30pm while waiting on two other customers. It was terrible… fire that boy,

I would give this store less than one star if I could the young man behind the counter is the laziest example of a employee I’ve ever seen. After standing in line for over 25 mins watching him make 4 sandwiches for the two customers before me I find that I just wasted 25 mins because all three of the sandwiches I asked for I was told either he was out of bread out of ham or out of steak the poor guy before me was told that they were out of half the veggies he wanted i will never stop at this store again while the same person is working

The guy that waited on us was very rude to us and the young lady that was working with him. We was there on 6/25/21 at around 5 pm. He was out of almost anything we wanted and didn’t know what all the bread was on the menu. The way this young man talk to the young lady made me not eat there and if he had not already fixed my wife’s we both would not have eaten there

Usually a great place to eat but of late it seems every time we visit in the evenings they are out of everything… it’s always the same young lady working with the same excuse that no one did any prep or sat anything out to thaw, yet every single time we come in she’s up front chatting with the Cashier at the Shell register rather than back in the actual Subway doing her job.
Last week it was her excuse was No one made bread, then she expected me to wait 15 minutes while she made a dozen trips to the freezer even though I use a cane to walk and standing for extended periods painful for me.
Tonight, Only one type of bread, no Steak, No eggs, No tuna…..
She needs to be retrained or look for another job.

I’m not sure how the service was cause I ordered online but I got sick off the tuna from here. They didn’t listen to any of the instructions besides putting tuna in the sand which.
