I went in today to order a pizza for my son’s soccer party. I requested dairy free cheese, told them it was an allergy and requested it be made off the main line. The guy made a regular pizza. When I told him it was wrong and again what it was supposed to be he got very rude and called it a simple mistake. I’m sorry but it is not a simple mistake when I made a point of telling him everything to make it safe for my son and to keep him out of the hospital. When I got frustrated at his rudeness and dismissal of how serious the allergy was he told me to calm down and I didn’t have to be so upset. He kept making comments under his breath that we could hear. When I called him out on it he said he wished I would leave. I said I was and would not be coming back to this location again. His response was”Fine we have plenty of other customers.” I have never been treated so rudely when it comes to ordering something safe for my son to eat and trying to make sure it is correct. Ended up going over to Mod pizza around the corner to get a pizza my son could eat. The second one he made he made on the line and wouldn’t listen to me about it. The Gig Harbor Point Fosdick location is much better.
Follow up: I called to talk to the manager to file a complaint and turns out the guy we dealt with in the store was the manager. He hung up on me when I told him we put a complaint in on him. Can’t contact the owner so leaving this review here.

Everything about PaPa Murphys is great. Good value for the money.
However, this time the pizza tasty quite salty. We had regular sauce instead of light and hot shredded pepperoni for the first time.
Not sure if that was the cause.ofnrhe salty taste.

Overall everything was wonderful. Pizza was a bit greaser than usual, I ordered a papas favorite- which is one of my favorite. I think it had more butter than usual but it still tasted really good!

Overall, the pizza was great. A little skimpy on the toppings. The price has gone up dramatically, so that it’s almost $30 for a large pizza. That’s why I don’t buy them very often!

We have loved the gourmet veggie (on original crust) for YEARS now and this location is great about consistently loading up the delicious vegetables! Easy to order/pay online and pick up at the counter by the door. In and out, easy peasy and so delicious!
*Pro tip: the veggies release a good amount of moisture, which I’ve found slicing and separating the pieces slightly and letting it rest a few minutes after baking helps it evaporate a little instead of pooling up in the middle *
