typical Taco Bell food, good when you are hungry and need a bite. BUT. We had a small mistake on the order and spoke with the manager and got the ok to pick it up the next day. So we went through the drive through and explained to the person taking the order. She proceeded to tell us ” I don’t know what you are talking about!” extremely unprofessional and bad customer service. Luckily, the manager came to the window and took care of the order, but man! I know its just Taco Bell people, but lets focus on good customer service skills!

This is actually a very nice taco Bell. Very friendly staff, they had high chairs for your little ones and I was able to fill my drink as often as I wanted without them staring me down. The food was very tasty, perfect temperature and plentiful. I ordered the $5 snack box which gave me everything I could possibly ask for, from drink, the main meal, to the desert. It was all in its own little box. The only thing I would have wished is, that they had used a tray for my food instead of the little box and save the tree. It seemed like a lot of wasted material for someone who was staying in the building to eat.
There was plenty of parking. The place was easy to find. Its location was right on the corner. The eating area was very clean. The bathrooms were kept extremely clean. Windows on the outside or clean and clear. Nothing to complain about!

Jose the tall Hispanic guy show major professional customer experience a KIOS OR A.I. could never compare too. My order was wrong he fixed it fast even with a line. The high ass strawberry freeze was 5 dollars I asked. Instead of refunding can he swap for a tacos and a $2.00 drink. He didn’t say no or complain like most employees who act like they gon lose money to swap or fix an order. He fixed it with no problems. I had to ask his name and say thank you.. we a make mistakes even In customer service thanks bro. Some place have kios which we refuse to support and here they use actual human employee to take your order. Thanks Jose. him cooperate.

The new remodeled lobby is so nice! With outlets to charge and variety of seating options. I really liked it a lot. Great lighting and windows. Wish there was outdoor seating but still happy about the nice layout. The app deals are great and the service was really good. They definitely improved overall. Clean, too

Megan the cashier was rude and had no customer service skills. Asked if I could give her my check in code from the app and she told me I can do it myself. I asked if she could do it and she looked at me with a frown and a big sigh. Then walked away.

I have NEVER received the proper order after 6pm. these jamokes stroll into work to collect a paycheck and screw up the whole shift.

look at the sad excuse for a bean and cheese burrito that I didn’t even order. the order was missing 2 tacos and an order of cheesy potatoes.

I can’t put zero stars so I am forced to do one. They do not check orders and they do not pay much attention. Plainly said on four different occasions; extra sauce and onions on a burrito and they fumble that. We will not even speak of the ten soggy tacos they shoved into a messy party pack box.

Ordered 3 all meat burritos w/onions the burritos were so small I thought they were Flautas or taquitos and the cost was $12. If you are going to gouge people put a little quality in your food.

I went into to get food around 9:40 in the evening and they seemed short staffed but holding it together. And the gentleman Christian that took my order was very nice, he’s helped me before and he is always super. You have a wonderful staff. And the food is always delicious.

Service is HORRIBLE here! First red flag should have been the dead bug on the table when we walked in— YUCK! Anyway, we asked for two Crunchwraps- one with sausage (and added pico), another the way it comes (but no meat, no other additions). They switched the order up and didn’t add meat to the one with pico. They instead gave us a regular Crunchwrap with sausage, and the pico one had no meat in it. Make sense? When I tried getting the issue resolved over the phone, the old guy who answered (and prepared our food btw) was very rude and claimed we ordered them the way he made them. Finally after going back and forth, he said I could drive all the way back to his location so I could show him the receipt and he’d fix it… Be so serious. Waste of my time and money :/
