Always a solid bet when you need a quick lunch out with the family. This particular location though, went above and beyond in terms of service. The team manager re-made a smoothie for one of my kiddos even though she didn’t have to, going way beyond expectations. The people here seem to enjoy their jobs, and that spirit’s contagious.

Who knew you would have to customize a grilled cheese sandwich to actually have it grilled! I should’ve went to Starbucks! ( Starbucks grilled cheese is amazing if you need a quick one! )

I love Panera Bread! I’m a Sip Club member and always enjoy stopping by to get my giant Green Tea when I’m out in the Fayetteville area. This location has always been really quick with any orders I’ve placed and the facility seems pretty organized and clean for the most part.

Every experience I have had here has been atrocious. The old Panera across the street was just as bad but I thought I’d give them the benefit of doubt. First experience I went to the drive through and was the only car. Waited and said “hello” and no one helped me. After 7 minutes I parked and went inside. I was the only person ordering with one person waiting ahead of me. Took two seconds to order my one smoothie at the touch screen. I proceeded to wait fifteen minutes for a smoothie! They were not busy at all. Went about a week later to the drive through, again for ONE smoothie! I sat at the window waiting for ten plus minutes! I don’t know why I went again today, but I ordered drive through a coffee, U Pick 2 with a Napa almond chicken salad, strawberry poppy seed salad and chips. AGAIN there was no one ahead of me and after paying I was told to pull up to the right to wait for my food. No problem. Until I got home to eat my $18.32 priced food which was ALL inedible. I got a baguette instead of chips which looked like it had bites taken out of it. The chicken salad barley had chicken on it I realized after taking a bite. The salad looks like it had been sitting old for days. The strawberries were soggy, slimy and smelled fermented, the lettuce was browning and the dressing cup was not even 1/4 of the way full. I have no idea what’s up with this place but avoid it at all costs. I will not be returning, I’d rather eat McDonald’s… gross.

Ordered delivery. My sandwich looked awful and was missing ingredients. Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich was not toasted, missing mozzarella and basil. Chipotle aioli was only on the middle of the bread with a pile of chicken, handful of onions and the tomatoes weren’t even on the sandwich, they were in the wrapper. The chicken did not taste right. I ended up throwing it away. Disgusting and disappointing! I definitely won’t order from the fayetteville location again!

Not as warm or comfortable as other Paneras. Bowl of Broccoli Cheddar soup was perfect. Accompanying baguette was as hard as a hockey puck. Staff were all friendly.

We doordashed our food and it was amazing. I am absolutely impressed. The store was closing for deliveries, yet our food was so fresh and the temperatures were all perfect. This is my favorite location. I highly recommend trying it out. I will admit, it is a little pricey, however, I feel it makes up for the quality of ingredients. ☆☆☆☆☆
P.s. Dining in makes for a great atmosphere no matter the weather.

Always good quality food and friendly staff. And..if your order has a snafu, they’ll make it right! So glad there is one nearby! If only they would serve their morning quiches for lunch?!
