The girl working was very rude. Had an attitude. Told us 20 min wait for our pizza. An hour later our food was done and cold. Had been sitting on counter. Wouldn’t let customers come in and order food and use lobby.

When we arrived to pick up
the cashier was extremely rude and made it seem like we were a inconvenience when we had walked in. She kept eating right in front of us as we were waiting for our order to get finished. I did ask her
If we received all of our sauces which I had wanted marinara ranch and blue cheese she stated it was all in the box. When we got everything home 2 of the 4 of the pizzas were burned We only got 1 order of breadsticks which I ordered 2 i haf also ordered three different types of wings and only received 2 no marinara sauce, one ranch and one blue cheese. I called the restaurant and she said I had walked out with my entire order
I did not feel like arguing with her and just dropped it. I did make a complaint to the main office and never heard back from them. Its a shame as pizza hut used to be really good pizza and a good staff.

I attempted to dine in some time ago and was told that the dinning room was closed at 7:30pm by a rude woman employee. I decided to come here again tonight with my husband and this time we were able to dine in but many of the tables were dirty with dishes and trash left on them from previous guests and our server only came to our table once to ask what we wanted to drink. After that I had to go to the counter to order our meal which I waited for a few minutes at the counter to order. When the same waitress came to the counter, she was putting food in her mouth and proceeded to lick her fingers while taking my order down in the computer which she did not wash her hands before touching. The environment felt unsanitary and it was very cold in the dinning area as well. The pizza itself was good and the kitchen seemed pretty clean too but the service was terrible by the two lady employees we encountered and it was definitely an unwelcoming environment in the dinning area. The one positive thing I can say about this experience aside from the pizza itself, was one male employee who cashed us out at the end was very pleasant and I only wish we would have had him as our waiter tonight.

I like Pizza Hut’s pizza, but my last two experiences ordering a pepperoni pizza have left me very dissatisfied. Both times, I ordered a pepperoni pizza with green peppers added. What I got were cheese pizzas with sprinklings of pepperoni and green peppers. On the second visit, I opened the box before leaving the restaurant, and questioned the employee about it. She said that two-topping pizzas get that much pepperoni. Even though I reiterated that my pizza was supposed to be a pepperoni with green peppers added, she wouldn’t budge. See for yourself; I’ll put a picture of their advertised pepperoni pizza and a picture of the one I received.

Worse service I have ever recieved. I placed an order through their online system I wanted large stuffed crust pizza, light sauce with bacon, pepperoni and red onion. With 8 boneless wings and a bbq side. This is what I got….. called customer service and they told me my order got put in their system as a rectangle pizza with pepperoni and onion. Guy wont do a dang thing even though the order summary is different then what they recieved. Will not be ordering from pizza hut again! Was going to break an expensive diet for it.

Their sign says they are open from 10am-12am every day. It is now 10:10am and the workers inside are refusing to unlock the front door but instead are just looking at me shaking their heads

Fantastic! I walked in with my wallet and a blank look, and the staff helped me pick out some tasty food and my order was ready in what seemed like no time at all. The person who took my order even got me a cool water to drink while I waited. I am very happy with pretty much everything.
