I placed my order for a 40pc mix and match on the 5th of February to be picked up today at 4pm. Now I knew it was going to be crazy there. Not only were they a new restaurant in the area but it is Superbowl Sunday. As I arrived there at 3:45pm to check in the restaurant was wall to wall people waiting for their orders. A Door Dasher was becoming irate with the staff, he was cussing and was acting aggressive towards them. He was asked to leave, escorted out and was banned to return. After it had calmed down a moment. I asked when I could expect my order. They informed me that I was looking at a 45 minute delay. Not too bad considering. I received my order at 4:40 pm and promptly left. I’m really not a fan of crowded spaces. Below are a picture of Wingstop wings from my order with some carrots and some blue cheese dressing. The other picture is of my wings I normally make. I really enjoyed the flavors of the Spicy Korean q and the mango habanero sauce. But the wings were small, not juicy, and were rather hard. I don’t think I’ll buy wings there again. If I can buy their sauces, I definitely would do that. Thank you to the staff for doing a great job while being so swamped.

I placed a pick up order with a wait time of 20 minutes. At the 20 minute mark I go in and give them my name.(first and last) An older lady hands me a bag, and asks for my confirmation number. She said everything was correct, and that was my order. I asked her if she was sure because I placed a pretty large order and she was kind of snappy and said yes! I walk outside open the bag and it is indeed not my order. We had the same first name but a very different last name..
I go inside and tell who I think is the manager and they said that they would fix it for me right away. He takes the food. A few moments later he comes back, hands me one bag of food again. I told him I don’t think that’s everything. Since I placed a pretty large order. He hands me a copy of the receipt and says, this is everything you order. And again, it was not my order. It was the order I just returned!!! I said this is not me! He said he had to find my order in the computer, when it was on the screen behind him, visible for me to see as well.
He printed out my receipt and said he would make it fresh for me right away.
A few moments later, I got the food. I live not even fifteen minutes away. when I got home it was not fresh.. nothing was hot, the frys were soggy. This was not cheap and its a bummer. They also did not give me carrots and celery that came with my order. I was looking forward for those!!

We won’t be back. We knew they were new and struggling to keep up with orders so we tried to order online ahead. They currently aren’t taking online orders. No worries had some errands to run so went in-store to order and showed them the deal and they refused to honor the price – “we don’t do this in-store” with the deal stating dine-in or carry out with only higher pricing in Alaska and Hawaii (photo posted).
30 wings were $42 in-store and since we already had planned a dinner we ended up just paying the extra price and then was told that it came with fries and veggies. Ok no big deal we ordered a large side of ranch not realizing they were selling us a combo meal that came with 3 sides of ranch.
When food was picked up we advised that we didn’t realize the combo platter cam with ranch (they never offered that information up at the counter after we asked for an order of large ranch) and no worries we will just refund the $5-6 of ranch since it already came on the platter.
We at that point were told nothing could be done because it has already been made. We will not be back to this location. Should have read all the reviews ahead of time.

Ordered boneless wings and fries combo to go. Food was excellent. Really good ranch and bleu cheese sauce.
When ordering to go, be sure you get your drink. They did not give me mine but I also didn’t remember to make sure I had it.
All in, some of the best wings around and I’ll definitely be back

I’m not really sure why they’re rated so low. Their food is perfect every time. Items that you ordered are always there and never missing anything. You get exactly what you ordered every time. It’s delicious. Wings are tasty. And the ranch is the boss. Thanks guys.

I will never attempt to eat hear again! I love Wingstop, and purchase it each time I visit Columbus, Ohio but this place is terrible! First, we went online to order as the drive is 45 minutes from home. The website it trash, so we called. Started the call while passing Huntington Mall, and it continued ringing until we reach Teays Valley. Place was VERY crowded and I now know why. When I finally got to place my order, they said 40 minute wait. Again, I love Wingstop and was willing to wait. At 40 minutes, went in to get my order and it was not ready. A board tells you where your order is in the process and said mine was ready but it was not. I came back 10 minutes later and there were approximate 10 folks waiting at pick up area. I asked if they were waiting on food, they said yes, but no one will wait on them. At that point, I got attention of girl working register and asked if mine was ready. She said she didn’t have time to look and would be right with me. I said no, I have waited nearly an hour. She finally went to look for mine, found it, and gave it to me. When I got to my car and set the bag down, grease or butter covered the bottom of bag and I was lucky it hadn’t fallen through. Plus, my Cajun corn was missing. I re-entered the store, showed the bag and asked for another bag and my missing corn! Never will I order from here again!

Went there for birthday dinner. And while I was told it was going to be a hour later from the pick up time, I understood that they’re brand new and were completly packed. The staff were nice and helpful as well. Once I got my food it was amazing, my chicken sandwhich was tasty and juicy, the fries were seasoned to perfection. I’m so glad this state finally has a wingstop.

Recognize it’s a new location, placing a pick order at a designated time doesn’t mean your order will be available then. No matter when you order. 2hr wait, bland wi gs, cold fries. Other restaurants are better. Long time before I come make. Wings aren’t worth it.

Expectations were high because it’s been so busy since opening. Went on a Friday night and it was packed. The website wasn’t accepting online orders and they don’t take phone orders, so we had to drive there just to place the order. After paying, I noticed a deal posted that would have been cheaper for almost the same order but the cashier didn’t mention it.
Waited about 20 minutes. The wings smelled great on the way home, but most were overcooked. The sauces also tasted very similar. Korean Spicy and Hawaiian were almost the same, and Cajun tasted like a mild buffalo sauce.
Overall disappointing for the hype. Probably won’t return unless we hear the quality improves.
