This is my family’s favorite sushi restaurant. The place is small and doesn’t look fancy, but the fish is always fresh and offers many unique & delicious options. Some of our favorites are Kurodai, Amaebi, Black Dragon Rolls, and Honolulu Rolls. I also recommend the Tempura Udon and Chirashi Bowl.

Daoni Sushi is hands down one of the best sushi spots in Orange, CA! We frequent this restaurant often and the friendly staff/owners always make us feel right at home. The place doesn’t look fancy, but the fish is always fresh with delicious options at reasonable prices. Our favorites include the spicy hotate and the Salmon Lover roll (buttery and flavorful).

While searching for “Top Omakase Los Angeles” on Google my wife stumbled upon this little gem, and we decided to go… We were not disappointed, and the sashimi was so tasty we ordered a second order of the “Omakase 18” after all of our other dishes. I missed the picture of the first roll we had, Dragon, but the Rainbow was great too! Staff was very polite, and always attentive. We had a great experience and the fish and food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!

This place is cute. Super friendly staff. Really clean and the aesthetic is pretty. Ordered the ramen the agedashi tofu, and the bento. Love the presentation of the bento box not your traditional but more so on the modern side. Price is great and reasonable. I highly recommend this new spot here in orange for a quick bite. This place has quickly become one of our top sushi spots! We can’t get enough of the hamachi toro, bluefin toro, and wagyu nigiri. Each bite is melt-in-your-mouth perfection. As for rolls, the Dragon and Waikiki are always a must, with a perfect balance of flavors and freshness.
What really stands out is the incredible value. The quality of the fish is outstanding for the price. The owners are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel welcome. We go more than once a week, and every visit impresses us even more!

Food was delicious and the flavors were unique and fresh. The fish was immaculate, perfect texture, smell, and taste. The customer service was excellent, and all the employees even the chefs greet every person who comes in so we got like 5 people smiling at us when we walked in the door. This was the highest quality, best tasting sushi I have ever experienced. 6 out of 5 stars. (Sashimi roll was out of control)

My husband and I have dined here 3 times. Once when they first opened and twice in the past month. The fish quality is great. My husband likes to order the spicy tuna roll, salmon nigiri, and blue fin nigiri. My go to is the hot corona roll and mango + salmon roll. We’ve been to several places around the area and this is our new go to. Staff is friendly and very accommodating.
