I usually get good service at this location. Today was horrible. Hard to talk to in drive thru, No greeting, huffed when I asked for ranch and food was underwhelming. Asked for a burger with no pickles, and she added pickles.
Came back on another occasion and they have improved overall.

Went in for a quick meal and seriously dissapointed, bad service I had to go back in just to get the sauces I ordered, also and they gave me half ass filled sauce container that would be gone in 2 seconds not even 1/4th of it had sauce. Worst jack in the box staff and atmosphere ive ever been in. If it could be 0 stars I would have, just go somewhere else.

Awesome food and service but I would like to warn the others that attend this said jack in the “box” to be weary of said Atompshere as I walked up with my fellow compatriots we were shook to go inside. For the simple reason of It “looked scary” But we obiliged to go inside of said jack in the “box” the food was amazing it was very good but I felt on edge only due to the fact of it was scary and the lighting was frighting.

The Boba was bad! Super hard and discolored. Should not have sold that. I would have took a regular coffee and the brownie is super small for close to $4!!! Other than that food was hit and edible.

This guy is so much rude and when i was going to the drive thru i tell them that i have an online order i told my name and he said please come to the window. i went there and the guy saying that why you didn’t tell us first on the window you have an order and you just came here. i said no i just talked with one of your guys and confirmed the order and came here. but he said you did not tell me on the Mic and you came on the window bla bla. and the guy was so so much rude. and i said why are you behaving so bad with me I’m your customer. i have an order and he said i don’t wanna serve you and shut the window on my face. can’t believe how could he talk with customers like this. it’s not good for the company. i strongly recommend to think about it by the management.

Drive in this morning was an terrible customer service by these two guys, first he couldn’t get my order right, I had to repeat a very simple order three times then while waiting for the window to pay and get my order, they were talking to each other & totally ignoring their customer service duty! Useless employees. The management needs to Re-train or fire them!!!

I am a regular customer which is not good I know but I come here for lunch. I usually get grat service here but not today. I ordered chicken strips and I was given little nuggets which was about 9 dollars. I went back in the car lane to let them know they gave me ridiculous small pieces. I was hoping that they would fix it. I was given attitude when and told I was yelling. I only spoke louder because the woman who was taking the order could not here me. I drove up explained to the lady and showed how small they were. She took my nuggets. I had asked if there was manager and she said she was the manager. I said may I get my money back and she told me she could not do that. She then closed the widow and robbed me of my money and my strips. I knocked on the window to get her attention but was ignored . I literally had to hold some tears back.I don’t know what type of customer service is this. This woman needs to be retrained on etiquette.
