If I could give ZERO stars across the board I would
We had reservations for 5:00PM for 10 people. Our server Ashley was rude from the get. Service was very slow. We ordered apps (Pretzels, fried pickles & Jalapeño poppers) all were fine. My 2 year old son ACCIDENTALLY spilled ranch on the floor & Ashley got mad for having to clean it up- it was “extra work”. We ordered 5 kids meals + 7 “adult” meals. Simple things (wings, burgers, flat bread). We waited 45 minutes for our food. Our food came out cold, and when we politely mentioned that the service wasn’t great, Ashley immediately responded with, “I can give you your tickets and to-go boxes because I won’t provide service to you.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. As we were eating our food & still waiting for 1 order Ashley proceeds to give us our checks. The “manager” then came over & was just as rude, if not worse- threatening to call the cops. Brought over the food order we were waiting for in a to go box & stated we needed to leave. $126.00 for my family of 5.. NEVER again.
The service industry is literally about serving customers — if you can’t handle that, you shouldn’t be working in it. Completely unprofessional attitudes, zero respect, and the food definitely didn’t make up for any of it. We’ll never be back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I do not recommend this food. we ordered food but after an hour the chef said he didn’t have any product for us, I was left hungry and very angry. thank you to this restaurant for coming to have dinner and going home hungry

I had wings last night and a Burger with beer cheese and pork. Forget the exact name. Had a pretzel bun and holy cow it was amazing. Wings were OK. I had a dry rub on them. Draft beer was 8 for a kona big wave.

The food and service was good. We visited for supper with a family of 6. Service was fine and the entrees were tasty. The chicken taco theme leaned towards oriental flavor seasonings; spicy with cabbage and carrots. The Parmesan garlic seasoned boneless wings had more vinegar than we prefer… out taste though. Burgers were good and cooked to order. Overall our expectations were met, yet not exceeded and we were satisfied.

Let me start this up by saying we have been here before and it was always pretty good. The bacon-wrapped stuffed jalapenos are some of the best I’ve ever had, and my wife loves the Philly cheesesteak. We went there today with some friends for her 30th birthday, and they had never been here before. But this time was not such a good experience. It was not that busy, I would say the dining room was maybe 1/3 full, if that even. This time was that far different experience. The service was terrible, the food took far too long, coming out in two waves with about 15 minutes between the waves of food. After waiting so long to get the food it was kind of disheartening when we realized that it was only lukewarm if not cold. Nothing was hot, as it should have obviously been. My wife simply asked the waitress why it took so long and the waitress went off on her saying something like she doesn’t have to “put up with this kind of service” which seems like an odd thing to say because she’s the one that’s the server. Then their Dopey manager came over who also rudely told my wife when she asked to put a Diet Pepsi on the bill at the bar, which she had to get herself because the waitress was nowhere around, told her that ” you order at the bar you pay at the bar”, so she had to come back to the table get her purse and go pay for the diet Pepsi. Eventually the manager and the waitress came back to the table and she tried turning the whole thing around on us and the manager believe everything she said but nothing we said. I guess the customer isn’t always right at Ruff’s.. All in all we will never go back again after being treated this way by this server and this will be followed up by a phone call to the restaurant. Despite having a decent time there before this visit ruins it all. I have never not tipped a server in my life, but she was not deserving of a penny after the way she spoke to us. She was very rude and could not seem to accept blame on her part even though she’s the one serving us and bringing us the food and is responsible for it before it gets to the table. I have worked in Food Service in the past as a server so I know what I’m talking about. And one of our friends is a business owner as well and told the manager that this is not the way you should be treating your customers. And we know it isn’t just us there was another large part of their from out of town and when they were coming over the restaurant we talked and they said the service was also terrible, the bartender acted and annoyed after every drink they ordered, and the food wasn’t hot. Apparently we weren’t the only ones to get terrible service and food. They actually asked us to leave they redid my flatbread and brought it out in a cardboard box gave us our bills before we’re even done I told us we should go because he didn’t believe anything we said about “his” server. In any event I do not recommend going here

Ruff’s Wings and Sports Bar is exactly what it says it is. They have wings and sports. They do everything right, the food is well priced and delicious! I had the Ultimated Burger, this burger was massive! Chicken tenders on it and all the fixings. Absolutely superb and will absolutely get it again. My partner got the Chicken n’ Wings. Now I have never seen these two items mixed together and served together with cheese on top, but let me tell you this. It works. Stop by and try this place out or come again. You will not be disappointed. Staff was friendly and on point. I will be going back next time I’m in Wilmer.

If I could leave a zero star I would. Service was very poor. Order was placed with server and food never showed up. Mind you it was only two burgers and side of fries. Well over a half hour’s worth of wait and not a single update from our server regarding the wait. When another group of 2 who showed up 10-15 minutes after us, received their food and we still did not have ours. That was the last straw so we walked out.
