I was at this location today at 5pm and older lady was taking the orders she Is very rude I had a code and instead of her helping with the code she kept on sayin it’s not working what you want me to do who talks this way to there customers? That was very rude I wish I got her name but she was the only one with a young man the young man heard her speaking to me this way he jumped in over the microphone and helped me out he told me to refresh my app and that’s what I did and it got me though with the code he was very helpful you need more wokers like him.
The food was not well I said OB and was not OB my fries were recooked and given to me that way very hard and over cooked customers should get what they ask for because we are paying for it money does not grown off trees. I will not come back to this location again.

I gave one star because they don’t allow me to give none ! The night lady was extremely rude to Me and my friend because we just had quarters to pay her she acted like she didn’t wanna wait on us and started taking other orders giving us bad nasty looks and when she took the money she had a menacing look on her face ! Two days later I complained to a lady named Margarita manager about her she seemed indifferent to that like it was so what are You gonna order ? I asked for one whopper Jr and one breakfast sandwich since they both were available and were the same price and deal. She says she cannot do that ! I asked why ? She used the excuse that it’s the system but what’s the difference? Ring me up for two whoppers then or vice versa and just give one of each sandwich after all its burger king the place that advertised have it Your way at Burger King didn’t they ? Don’t they? And they wonder why McDonald’s has more ppl ? It’s because they are rude and petty! Politeness not pettiness brings customers in ! Pettiness only brings poverty not people ! I went in Raul helped me and I ordered a food with naruto collab in it, I asked nicely and requested nicely if I can have gaara (the guy with the red hair) Raul, looked at me like he doesn’t like what he was doing. I placed an online order today through the app for chicken fries and I was supposed to receive a complimentary large order of french fries. When my mom went to pick up the order they did not have a record of it and said my mother would have to pay cash if she wanted the chicken fingers and there would be no free order of french fries. However, although my mother made this transaction in cash I see that my credit card was still charged for the chicken fingers. The email confirmation I received in the afternoon stated that I paid for the chicken fingers, with my credit card, and would receive a complimentary order of French fries. I’ve tried calling the store phone number many times and it keeps saying that the number is no longer in use and is disconnected. Is this standard procedure for Burger King to charge a customer twice for the same order by asking for cash at the restaurant and then also charging the credit card of the customer??????

Burger King is my favorite fast food place for hamburgers. Nothing beats a flame broiled whopper. You can usually get a deal two for five buy one get one free anything along those lines. Service is always very prompt and courteous. They even have a sense of humor check out the pictures

I found the reason why this establishment parking lot is empty the aero staff are rude and the manager is worst , when asked for a former he answers no we don’t have any. The food is not warm the fries are cold and old

Today, June 29, 2021, was my first time buying from this establishment. Nevertheless, I witnessed a level of poor customer service that I have never seen in my life. Not only did the worker spoke limited English they were disrespectful to most of their customers. As I sat and watched I was floored as the male cashier said “go buy somewhere else”.
My suggestion to this establishment is to train the workers to speak better English while also being mindful that the society is diverse while learning to communicate with diverse nationalities.
