Awfull forgot my side of coslaw the 10 dollar share order of popcorn shrimp was literally 10 pieces terrible also rock hard spit it out it was not edible. Called to complain and the gave me attitude as if I was in the wrong. Yeah I was in the wrong, for going there

Had amazing service, delicious food and such a kind and outstanding worker. Tiffany took time out of her day to recommend some resources and help for us after my boyfriend and I made a comment about being sole caregivers to my disabled and bed bound mother. She managed to help so much when we had been thinking we were out of options for help, all while cleaning the dining area and cooking in the back. She is such a wonderful person who I can’t thank enough. I highly recommend this restaurant, they hire good people.

I had given this place a bad review before, they were horrible at the time, and had a tip jar that I never used. I even avoided the place, the long waits at the speaker when the place was empty, followed by 30 minutes in the car waiting for food was unacceptable, I tried it again, and let me tell you, totally new and great experience, from ordering, to wait times, to super fresh food, I left $15 in the tip jar. I had said before it just needed a good manager, and now it appears they have a GREAT one, because it runs like a well oiled machine. I’ll be back!!! Keep it up!!

I asked three times what was on the family feast because there was no lighting in the dark & was put on hold each time. Arrived at 6:19 in the drive-up and didn’t leave until 6:49 . It won’t be long before this place closes its doors.

This is the second time I’ve been to this location and the food is old. It’s like it’s been cooked days before and then microwaved when you order it. The chicken was so hard that you couldn’t bite through it and my husband said that the fish tasted like it was 2 days old.

So I went to the closest LJS and it was totally dark inside way before closing time. Then I drove down to the next closest.
I tried to go inside. But the door was locked with lights on inside. The employee told us it was policy to to lock the lobby at 8pm.
But the drive thru is still open… Fine.
It was very hard to hear the person through the speaker. I asked for th Shrimp bowl. It was not available. I ordered the fish tacos.
When I got home everything was as ordered and it tasted good.
So 5 star rating for the food. The service was as good as policy allowed, 3 stars. I gave a 1 star for atmosphere, because of the lobby closure and the terrible speaker.

I went to get an order on the one on San Mateo and asked them if they would charge the fish and shrimp to chicken the cashier was very rude and he told me no so I left and not going back. the one on central and atrisco and the one on isleta and Rio Bravo were nicer and did wat I asked for my order. the one on San Mateo were very rude i won’t go back to that one ever again

I would like to give a huge thank you to all the awesome employees here we went in for supper and out of no where we got hit w a really bad storm the window where I was sitting at was starting to leak and they helped us move to a safe place while we finished dinner. They were so nice and made sure everyone was ok. I will definitely be back the food was awesome as well
