Kids were boring and got one flavor each but you can get up to 3. Unfortunately they were out of mochi. The ube, lychee, and li hing mui are fantastic. The sugar free shave ice flavors are made with monk fruit.
When the line gets long it can take around 20 minutes to receive your order so don’t stop if you’re in a hurry. Know your order before getting to the cashier to help speed the line along.

The shave ice was good but the employee wearing a DO NOT DISTURB shirt was rude and seriously lost my appetite. I needed a second spoon which is an extra cost but she shut the window so fast the first time I had to wait until she was helping the next customer. I will not revisit this establishment.

Just look at the prices! At least $2 cheaper than elsewhere. Great selection of flavors, and the lady who helped us was so nice. She was closing but served us graciously anyway. I tried the pog, and it might be my new favorite. The banana was underwhelming, but lychee was great. My husband had cotton candy, cherry, and something else, and it was very good. Give it a try! Hanapepe is very cute!
