Been there couple of times, just one occasion the smoothies were so tasteless but all the others were a delight.
I could recommend to try it before stepping out just in case the flavors disappoint and you can have the opportunity to address it friendly with the staff.
I mean we all make mistakes so no big deal.
In case you enjoy your smoothie inside other thing to mention is 3 different times there were this stinky bleach smell around very unpleasant to stay, (I mean I’m grateful that the place is disinfected and take good care but that was just too much bleach so use the correct dosage).

Don’t expect to be greeted when you walk in. Not necessarily because they’re rude but because of being understaffed. The menu is misleading. No prices on the menu. Definitely the most expensive acai bowl I’ve ever bought. If your order comes with strawberries, it won’t be strawberries, it will be A strawberry! They literally only give 1 strawberry for an order that’s supposed to be strawberries and bananas. 1 cut up strawberry doesn’t become strawberries just because you cut up that 1 strawberry. Barely enough fruit come with the bowls and I swear the taste of this bowl is now making my stomach hurt. These are all facts!!! And this is definitely THE WORST ACAI BOWL I EVER HAD! NO CAPPPPP

You are very lucky to have employee Eric Fickinger on your team. I was just there a couple hours ago, New Year Day 2025. Someone did not show up, so he was by himself. People were upset because he was behind with orders. I asked him are you by yourself loud enough so the other people can hear, he said yes, and I said well you’re a great employee, Happy New Year, and I’ll come back for my drinks later, do not worry. He kept his composure and was very professional, even though people were upset. Very valuable employee! He should be your manager! Great guy!

The guy taking my order completely messed it up even though I repeated myself 3 times. Took an extremely long time to get my order and 4 people that ordered after me got their orders before me. This happened April 10 around 3pm and it took 30 mins to get my order

Had a decent experience the first time I went here. However the second time I went was pretty horrible. One of the workers WAS MOPPING THE WALLS AND CELING OVER OPEN BLENDERS AND EXPOSED FRUIT. This was a blatant health code violation and blew my mind none of the other workers stopped her. The music was so loud my mother’s hearing aids were blowing up and she needed to wait outside. Seems like owner/manager needs to train workers better

The service was terrible. Order drinks online and then they never made the order because they were messing around in the back. Then we ordered tajin pineapple and cucumber. They only gave us cucumber and when we asked them about it they told us they didn’t have pineapple. They should have told us they didn’t have pineapple when we ordered it. Also, they didn’t even refund us. We will definitely not be coming back to this location.

You will see quite a few poor reviews on here due to customer service and sad to say it’s still very poor. You will likely walk in and have to wait for the employees to stop talking to their friends who popped in to say hi before getting your order taken. My wife and I always ask to make our shakes extra thick but it NEVER happens. If you take time to let them know they look at you like you are an inconvenience. You’re better off going to the location off Lake Forest from my experience.
