4th time in a row order completely screwed up. Cooks apparently unable to read English. I’ve been standing there during preparation and they screwed all 4 double hamburgers. Wanted ZERO CHEESE. ALL 4 HAD DOUBLE CHEESE. Managers did NOT confirm the order before bagging. I asked No cheese. She said yes. WRONG ANSWER. This last time sealed it. 2 original chicken sandwiches. Added bacon, cheese, tomatoes. No tomatoes. Or bacon. Or cheese. Requested NO lettuce. BOTH had lettuce. Overcooked chicken. Both orders onion rings LITERALLY hard as rocks. Completely inedible. The only item that was correct was 2 large Dr. Pepper no ice. Straws missing. This location will NEVER reciev my business again. Going to try the new BK on Olive west of 111th near the QT. Barely further distance.

Just went to this Burger King for a whopper and onion rings, was greeted immediately, staff was friendly, most people order fries so they made a fresh batch of rings for me, hot, crisp and the whopper was excellent!!

My wife got a impossible Burger it was ice cold and I had a chicken sandwich that was lukewarm. We took the impossible Burger back it took almost 15 minutes just to get it back and it still was not hot but she eat 1/2 the sandwich thru the rest away. Well that one Burger King that’s not going to see our business again. Bad service and Slowly then running down hill people were coming in they said there 30 minutes behind at that time they walked out.

Ordered the two for $12.99. My impossible burger was cold,so I sent it back. Clerk didn’t acknowledge me,just told other clerk needed another impossible burger. Replaced burger was luck warm. Smile and thank you or sorry works for me it might for other customers too.

Burger King burgers are actually my favorite because of how they are fixed. I went to this particular Burger King because it’s close to me. I’ve had better service at other locations. I wanted to order a whopper and a meal deal. When I asked what the meal deal included, they had a hard time explaining what was in it. I will keep going back to that location because it’s close but they need to do better with their service and quality.
