I’m not sure what the female manager at the time of this order’s problem is but I’m really getting tired of her MICRO MANAGING when she wasn’t asked for any help with my order and so the young man who was helping me did his best but SHE MESS UP MY ORDER… Because I asked for 2 burgers Lady just worry about yourself… I don’t care if you don’t like me…. It’s real simple just stay away from me and don’t get involved in my orders and I will make sure not to even acknowledge YOU ……..

Worst meal ever… Meal was soggy fries were cooked in old oil. Bad meal all together. First time this happened and mgr didn’t really care . I got my money back. I told him your oil needs to be replaced and all he said is oh. I don’t think he even cares about the good braums rep. All tables dirty and only a handful of people here. Nasty condiment and drink area is filthy . Ketchup is all over and spouts for the ketchup are nasty with dried ketchup on there cross-contamination issues need to be addressed and everyone needs to be retrained so the good name of braums can be respected again.

It opens at 6 am. Lots of room to park, or you can use the drive-thru. $1 lemonade, teas, an sodas. You can get a good breakfast at a reasonable price. There are lunch specials an dinner specials. You can eat in or take out. Large open restrooms with a handicap stall.

Ordered a medium drink and worker rang it up and gave me receipt and change. Then went and started doing some other task. I waited patiently until another worker asked what I had ordered. I said a medium tea, then he handed me a cup and said there should be some tea out there. I said you mean I waited 7-8 minutes for you to just hand me a cup??? Asked to speak to manager but guess the mgr was too busy to speak with me so then called and let it ring 20x with no answer! Worst service ever experienced today.
