I really went to see what options were available on Veterans Day. S black coffee didn’t sound worth the gas it took to go there for it. It’s ok had they given me another option I would have gladly paid for it but I was made to feel like I wasn’t very valuable as a customer. I wasn’t provided other options.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I accidentally missed a modification on my drink, and they remade it for me with zero hesitation and did it with a smile. Everyone was so lovely and patient, it honestly made my whole day better. Big thanks to the team here for being so thoughtful and making the atmosphere feel genuinely friendly.

My drink was watery and no flavor at all and wanted to take it back but the manager wanted everyone who road with me to resolve my order SMH I gather with family when we are not busy working or in between work. we spend time together we have our own lives and I could not gather my family together again! that evening so so that I could get new drink replacement. So never got a great tasting drink on a hot day!

I stopped at the Starbucks on Mt Rushmore Road-Rapid City this morning-July 25 with a large order (12 specialty drinks) around 11:00 am. Even though the staff was busy with the drive through window, and in store customers. They were professional, polite, pleasant and fun to work with. They took care of my order and got me on my way in a timely fashion! I will definitely return. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!!!
