Excellent service good food and prices were competitive pricing. We enjoyed the hibachi items and ordered a Stratford roll to share. 10/10 and without waiting unlike the 45 minutes at Tokyo or 1.5hr at Arigatos.

Sanitation grade was a 92 something, still an A, technically but my Gen-X brain immediately went, “Hmm… that’s oddly specific.” Not saying the kitchen was questionable, but also not not saying it wasn’t.
The orange chicken had a strange aftertaste I can’t quite explain, and the rice was dry enough to remind me of cafeteria lunches in 1987. Just not my thing.
Now, the waitress was wonderful… friendly, attentive, and honestly the best part of the experience.
But between the food and the side eye inducing sanitation score, this place is probably a one and done for me.
I survived hose water and gas station coffee in the 90s, so if I’m hesitant… that says something.

Let me make one thing clear, there was NO wait when we arrived. We sat there for almost 30 mins with no one acknowledging us. We told a server that walked by that we were ready to order and she said the server would be right over. The server never came. 4 tables around us were sat, greeted and they ordered. We walked out. This was my favorite little hole in the wall spot and tonight they dropped the ball. This was Unacceptable. I called to speak with a manager and they said she was too busy to talk. I won’t be back here.

I ordered the steak and shrimp combination plate and it was not good. The steak and shrimp were overcooked and dry. The food was bland, no flavor at all, not even soy sauce . I ordered extra zucchini, and requested no onion in my mixed veggies and well you see the onion and lack of zucchini… Not to mention the ridiculously long wait time to get my order and change. I don’t plan on eating here again. 1/10.

We got pick up and I’m sorry but this was not good. Shrimp was almost chewy and had no flavor, chicken was cold and had no flavor. The carrots had a darker color to then
Sushi and miso soup wasn’t bad.
Maybe eating in is better than getting take out

Got a takeout/delivery. Food was not as expected. Very gooey bang bang shrimp. Whoever made that left out some starch or the like. The Lover Roll was also gooey w/what seems as very overcooked rice. The Salem Spirit app roll was excellent!
The Chicken & Shrimp was ok, just very average, quite bland, actually. Too many other restaurants out here to give this place any recommendations.

No no nooooooo ! The shrimp is over cooked no flavor , white sauce is more mayo than anything . Broccoli mushy . Steak I’ve done might be better on dine in but my takeout experience was horrible. Then to be charge and extra 1.50$ for white sauce when only given one per place is crazy . Spring rolls soggy
