Friday’s dinner was a disaster! There were only 3 of us in the whole place and it actually taken the waitress a good 25 mins for the food to come out. The steak was dried and hard like a piece of carbon. The sprite was no taste or carbonated just like a sweet glass of pure sugar drink…… I don’t recommend anyone to try out and of course the Fish and chips were greasy with old oils Silverware were filthy and dirty as heck

I have been here a few times. Everytime I go it is very empty and I really don’t understand why. I do usually gonin the evenings, so that could be why. The place looks clean and we have never waited to be seated. The staff has been kind to us everytime. I think their food is very good and they carry gluten free pancakes, (they are good!). The menu isn’t huge, but still plenty of options to choose from.

So first the silverware was dirty. Then the food was cold. Lastly there was a kinky hair on my food. Asked for the manager Bree and she acted like I put it there. Im srry but my hair isn’t kinky!! So I ordered the biscuits and gravy meal, and all good old bree did was take off $5 for the biscuits and gravy. The waitress, bless her heart, (kristina c.) said she was gnna take care of the bill. Nope. I paid the bill gave my waitress $10 for her being such a good person and left to never return again. So…. moral of the story is.. skip this place and go to Perkins across the street. Shame on u Bree for thinking I put that kinky twirly hair on my biscuits. I guess I secretly pulled the hair fr the kinky haired waitress who is Portirican or Dominican or something of the sort. That is where that hair came from Bree. Act like u dont knw where that hair came from! Have a great day and skip this ihop!

Stopped in for a mid-day breakfast! It was good. I’ve been a fan of this chain for years. I’m a person who loves breakfast so it’s an easy yes for me. Good food good service. If I’m around that area again I would definitely stop in

Very slow service. Not friendly. We had some questions about the menu and the server’s response was agitated. Needless to say the order was messed up when it came about a half hour later. They were not busy, there were 2 maybe 3 other tables there. Bacon and potatoes were cold, ordered the breakfast tacos but got the chick fajita taco, we had asked about what was on both of those dishes and apparently the server didn’t understand what was the order. Ordered the strawberry banana pancakes minus the strawberry and that was right, ordered the Reese pieces pancake combo and asked for no chocolate syrup on them and they came out with no toppings but a side cup of peanut butter…. The iced tea was sour/old, told the server that it didn’t taste right and asked for a hot tea instead, …she forgot 3 times, before she brought it. Asked for a take out box for leftovers and the box that she brought out was dirty.
When we tried to ask for the errors to be corrected she ‘did’t hear us’…
We were very disappointed and we won’t be back. We have been to other IHOP restaurants and never received food and service like this before. I would not recommend this IHOP. I hope this is not their norm. Good luck to them I hope they get better as we will not go back there, nor would we recommend that location.

Came here after Goodies was closed for renovation and I’m glad we did. Great visit for lunch and cashed in Pancoins for a free burger too. Shayla was our server and super nice and very attentive. We had her running, but she was flawless. Full of great recommendations and helpful tips too.
My breakfast burger with egg no bacon and add tomato came out with four slices… That was great! IHOP sauce was tasty and meat was well seasoned. Love the burger & the side salad was rather large. Good deal for 12 pan coins. 2X2X2 was 2 eggs two cakes, two links (which I subbed for hashbrowns at no cost) and included unlimited pancakes! Great value at $10.
Everything was clean and not too crowded and service was phenomenal.

I ordered a BLT and fries. It was the worst BLT I’ve ever had. After I removed the soggy warm lettuce it tasted like I was eating toast with gross tasting tomatoes only. There was only 4 small pieces of bacon on it. The sandwich was so dry and bland. The ketchup bottle on the table was empty and was hard to squeeze any ketchup out. My friend’s silverware was dirty so I gave her mine. Mine wasn’t much cleaner. The restaurant in general was old looking and dirty.
Definitely won’t return.

Stopped to get a QUICK breakfast at 8:30 because we had to leave by 9:15. (AND THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY WHEN WE ARRIVED).The food finally arrived at around 9:05. The food was COLD AND BURNT BACON.(BURNT WITH BLACK EDGES). CLEARLY VISIBLE TO OUR WAITRESS. She asked us a total of three times if everything was OK, and because we were in a hurry my wife just kept saying yes.
After the third time of asking us if everything was OK with all the bacon piled up on our plates with the burnt BLACK EDGES NON EDIBLE, I finally said to the waitress, “Does that look OK to you”? Then she finally admitted “NO”! I thought to myself THEN WHY DID YOU EVEN BRING IT OUT TO US THAT WAY! THEN the manager comes out to ask us the same stupid question! WAS EVERYTHING OK? I told her the same thing I told the waitress!
She ended up taking the bacon off the bill!
All they seem to care about is their TO GO ORDERS!
I would NOT recommend this Ihop in Middleburg Hts.
