Plenty of sushi rolls to choose from, and we tried a bunch during our visit. The hibachi was delightful and just the right portion for the price. You get DECENT portions with the sushi rolls as well! Firecracker roll and crab rangoons were rhe best part of our meal. Wait staff was super attentive and the hospitality was at par for what you would expect at this type of restaurant.

We travel through Mt. Home often and tonight our boys wanted hibachi so we gave this a go but won’t be returning. If their menus represented their actual meal costs and they were up front and honest about the additional fees items or substitutions they offered to our family – I be able to respect them more as a business. I just see it all around sneaky and unfortunate.
Things offered were double noodle and rice for the kids meals when I said no vegetables. They asked if we wanted yum yum sauce with our meal. Both my hibachi noodles and the kids filet is not at all the cost on the menu. Kids filet on the menu is $12.95. I’m surprised I didn’t find other reviews to mention more on the cost discrepancy. I wonder if people aren’t looking at their recipes because we did have to ask for an itemized receipt before paying. They initially did not want to give us that at all.

A group of us came here after church last Sunday. It was my first time and I absolutely loved it! I do not eat sushi and my go to for Japanese restaurants has always been chicken teriyaki, a simple chicken dish in a mild sweet sauce. I’ve had it multiple times in various restaurants in San Diego, where I used to live. This turned out to be an outstanding experience. The chicken came out on a sizzling hot skillet with a wonderful teriyaki sauce that was amazing. The presentation and the food were outstanding! Service was a little slow, which is understandable on a busy Sunday, but I’d say it’s about the best gastronomic experience I’ve had here in Mountain Home. There are some good restaurants here that I really like, and I’m hard to please since I used to work in that industry; but my experience at Fujiyama was truly exceptional.

The Hibachi Steak with Shrimp was wonderful. Steak cubes were cooked to a perfect medium rare and the flavor of the Shrimp was on point. Some of the other dishes that were had by the others in our party, looked amazing as well! I was told by 2 others the Salmon was outstanding

It was Valentine’s Day and the restaurant was so busy. My valentine and I got seated quickly and the whole experience was perfect! Great sushi that was well prepared and beautifully presented made such an impression. The sushi itamae was so busy but made an extra effort to make ours special! A million stars!!!! We came here on a Sunday afternoon and had dinner with friends. The food came out quickly and it was really good. My daughter and I both got sushi… highly recommend it! It was sooo delish. One of my daughters favorite Japanese restaurants in Arkansas and the food doesn’t flare up allergies like other ones

Such an incredible dining experience! The steaks were melt in your mouth tender, seasoned perfectly, and cooked exactly how I asked. Every dish was beautifully prepared with fresh ingredients, and the flavors were rich and authentic. The atmosphere was warm and elegant, making it a great spot for a nice dinner with friends. The service was excellent and friendly. Definitely one of the best Japanese steak restaurants I’ve ever been to, and I can’t wait to come back!

We ate here a year ago and gave 5 stars, but returned recently and it just wasn’t the same quality. Our deep fried specialty rolls tasted as though they were not freshly made and for a restaurant that wasn’t very busy that was pretty disappointing. Our server never returned to ask if we needed anything or ask if the food was good. We waited about 10-15 mins after we ate and was never brought the check. Finally someone other than our server told us to go to the register to pay. That was weird.

Came here with my Wife and sister in-law. All three of us loved it! Just like most Japanese restaurants is not real inviting frome the out side an a little rough. But the food makes up for it. Fried rice was out of this world! Definitely recommend this place for a good lunch or dinner!
