I have been to this location only three or four times. The staff is always friendly and managers always helpful. Only one time did I receive the wrong order. They quickly made it up to me. They even made right an order from another location in which I will never go back (5pts Birmingham). But I will be visiting this location more often.

This Arby’s is very convenient to my home and office. The food is always hot and fresh and the service is always fantastic. I have never had anything but positive experiences at this Arby’s. Everyone is so friendly. I always order at the Drive-Thru and Brandon is usually working that position. He has a really great personality and the perfect temperament for working in a busy, fast-paced customer-oriented environment. When he is working in the Drive-Thru, he always greets me by name and remembers my usual food and drink order. Kudos to the Hiring Manager for putting such a great team – management and crew – that works so well together in place. I highly recommend this Arby’s for delicious food and fantastic service!

Those five stars are specifically for Valencia the manager. She is awesome, took time to listen to my complaints, super knowledgeable and very professional! Thank you for remaking my fish and roast beef! To the young girl Caucasian girl that usually works 3:00 to 11:00, if you don’t like your job you should find one that makes you happy. Because you’re demeanor personality and attitude puts a dark cloud over the people that have to encounter not only your personality but the food that you prepare and the way that you sling it in a sack without even wrapping the paper all the way around it. Give Valencia a raise!!

Walking in…not greeted at all. The server, Trinity, didnt seem like she wanted to be here and was bored and annoyed that she had to take an order. Order id on receipt is “AAANJHWLACAP” and “warn” so not my name or anything close to it. The ice machine on either machine did not work. The tables were dirty so even tho they were very slow, the couldn’t be bothered to clean tables. I ordered a chocolate milkshake…not a bottle of chocolate sauce. While I love my chocolate…i did want a milkshake and not the bottle of sauce. While I probably could have gone and asked to fix it, I didnt. With the crew that is here, it wouldnt surprise me if they would taint my shake cause they had to redo it. I always order a chocolate shake and I have never ordered a bottle of sauce! While the rest of the food was good…the customer experience sucks and I will not be back to this location.

Would give a zero if i could. Absolutely horrible customer service. When they gave me my order I nicely told them it wasn’t what I asked for. Right away, this one lady (who I think is the manager) gave me a terrible attitude. She acted as if I was the reason she was working there. When I told her the burger was wrong, she just snatched it with zero manners. I for real don’t know whats up with Arby’s, but every time I go to one it feels like they’re forcing people to work against their will lol. Honestly though I wouldn’t go back there even if that was the only place open and I was starving. Would rather starve

The four things I would say is all the meat should be HOT if it is supposed to be! Tomatoes need to be sliced thicker. Arbys gives you a slivers!
They need more help at night also!
