I wish I could just give negative stars! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! I ordered for delivery (in AUGUST 2025), which I thought was the Casa Grande Location to deliver to Florence. Somehow I placed a $51 order and it sent to this location on Dobson Rd in Mesa…No one called me to acknowledge the error… so I called to find out what the deal was, and let them know that I wasn’t sure why the order went to them. The gal I spoke to said it was no problem and that my card WOULDNT be charged… oh but it was! I have been trying for 3 months to get them to refund my damn money! I got a call back in September from who said he was the GM and would refund my money promptly and apologized for the delay. I have sent several emails and tried to call various times and still NO REFUND! I am not sure why they can’t seem to do what they know was their error! I am sure most would say… it’s just $51 but it’s the point of it! There is ZERO reason for them to continue to hold my $ hostage! Refund my money already!! I don’t even live in the state anymore – Even less concern to them! So tired of crooked businesses!

Hello I am a single mother of a 4-year-old and I had ordered pizza and of course things happen and somebody had eaten some of my pizza and crushed most of the food and just left it at my door without letting me know. I contacted Pizza Hut the place that I had ordered from which was the Main in Mesa location and a woman named Samantha was so amazing she made me feel so much more comfortable about the situation and that she was going to be able to refund me and she was so kind. She stated that she would also ask Pizza Hut to ban the driver that delivered my food for the future customer. I basically just wanted to give a shout out to her. Thank you
