The food was clearly in a warmer, not freshly cooked. The chicken pieces were small, but the flavor was good. The food came out quickly. It was quiet, perfect for those who enjoy a quiet environment. There were only two staff members, both busy in the kitchen, so you had to order and eat at the buffet.

Typical hood restaurant where they put a note on the door that the inside is closed when opening hours are at 10 AM. Food is good though but check your order before you leave they didn’t put 8 tenders in my order and when I called was given grief.
So they swallowed that money but customer service is very important. Having been a restaurant manager before , I always wanted the establishment to be tip top as a customer that’s what I expect.
It is slow but again good and I must tell you many of the items they advertise in the app are not available soooo. But overall it’s good.

Not understaffed, just super slow. Bad customer service. Nobody is up from taking orders and the employees in the back are working as slow as possible to fulfill your orders. No urgency whatsoever. Makes me wonder why they are working to begin with.

I went tonight at 7pm. The lobby was close without explanation. The drive thru line was so long. I set in line for 30 mins. When I was able to order I was told they only had certain chicken. When I got the order they just gave me whatever. The service was horrible and I would not recommend anyone going to them.

Extra slow, Extra lousy service. The person at the register helped prepare orders. Unsanitary lots of persons waiting in lobby. I ordered a 2 piece and was sold a pop 4 3 Extra dollars. Stay away if not better luck.

How is it possible to stand in line at the register for well over 15 minutes without being acknowledged? Two employees walked by and looked at me multiple times and said nothing. My pickup order was ready (GETTING COLD) the entire time!!!

First off you walk in and no one and I mean absolutely no one greets you n your standing there looking like boo boo the foo for a good 10 min before someone yells to order on the kiosk …. Mind you they a good 4/5 people deep. Placed an order online that said it would be ready in mins …. I was there a good 30 min after my order was placed . Mind you there was a good 3-4 people standing waiting for their orders as well . They move at their own pace . They don’t get paid for speed n it shows ! Turtles apart from the big guy who walks around limping who taking orders from the drive through w no emotion / personality. This whole crew is a joke n whoever running the place need some retraining . How hard is it to fry some chicken n serve some mediocre sides ? I shouldn’t have have had to wait so long. If you tryna grab something quick for your family this ain’t it . I would understand if everything was fresh n worth the wait but it’s NOT! PS they thought they were slick packing a little wing drum instead of an actual drum for my 8 piece !!! Contacted customer service n best believe I’m getting my money back !

This is the worst KFC ever!! Every time im shorted a piece of chicken. The guy with the corn wrkn the drive thru. He’s is very quick, But does not know how to count at all So customers pleeez check your order before leaving this establishment
