It was good except for the sauce part to go with my chicken strips. I was handed a packet of buttermilk ranch. Like for a salad, not chicken strips. Can’t really dip anything into a packet. I did go back through the line and was able to get honey mustard. Which is what I wanted in the first place but it doesn’t let you choose on the app. But anyway, other than that everything was good. And she was helpful and we both apologized for the mix-up.

I’ve been coming to this Jack in the box for about a year they never ever put every ingredient that it comes withon any sandwich I order.
If I’m supposed to have a layer cheese at the top and bottom there’s a layer missing bacon on a second layer a layer of bacon is missing even onions or tomato or lettuce something’s always missing and if I turn around and ask for it they give it to me on a napkin so they don’t run out it’s freaking ridiculous always new employees there and they all do it I don’t understand it’s crazy. So if you place the order make sure you check your food before you go actually you’re going to have a ingredient missing.

They are always out of everything, curly fries, ice coffee cups, mini tacos. Every time I go it’s always something and on top of that they seemed so annoyed when customers come. Plus they never get the order right. I could literally say “I want a coke” and they employee will say “okay sprite”

I went through the drive thru and ordered the new all American ribeye steakhouse burger with an order of fries and a rootbeer. Once I received my order without checking my bag I drove off and reached for a fry and it was cold and stale. Before leaving the parking lot I drive back around to the drive thru to let them I had just left with my order. Pulled up to the window and spoke with the manager who was working the window and showed him my fries. He was very polite and made me a new order of fries.
The picture I took below will show the fries on the left are the stale cold ones, and the ones on the right are the freshly made fries.
I didn’t get to take a picture of my burger it wasn’t all that great it was cold and I had the wrong drink but oh well that’s my fault for not checking prior to leaving the second time.

First, off the bat..AC was busted. Temp as soon as I walked in did not feel good at all.
Floors were a little sticky and a little mess here and there. It needed sweeping and a mop.
My curly fries had been sitting there a little bit. Jalapeño poppers were fresh but my tacos not so much.

Employes are very childish and don’t have right to record the customer.. I sent my son to order me food and I was on the phone with him since I have stage 3 cancer and I was telling him what I wanted and they started recording him and calling him a momma boy… if I didn’t have cancer I would go myself but I can’t … this place has lost all my respect… trashy and disgusting…

Horrible place. Order has been messed up so many times from this place and they do absolutely nothing to fix it. In store they refuse to let you use the restroom, according to their “manager” it is not open to the public. Even when this was stated I was told I have to wait in line and pay before using the restroom when I had already been in line for 10 minutes to order.
